Black Star handled this bad- First of he intervined himself, so now he is responsible as well. Also he tries to play the good boss to the players who just shot him in the foot. He should at least have made a clear show to the players that you cant endanger the entire faction without getting punished. Just reduce faction contribution points to zero if you want to be lineant.
