A minor change he made though was the catch phrase 'gotta catch em all'. He chose to remove it completely since logically, one person can't take care of all that Pokemon at the same time. Most of the time, the rest are going to be stuck in storage which he didn't think was nice. So he altered Professor Oak's requirement of catching to just battling those Pokemon once in order to record them in the Pokedex. Ven negotiated for popular movies distribution in games as well. He remembered how many references there were in Ready Player One. He also decided to have movie theaters made near the OASIS prototype hotel. Though his main motive was recreating the films so one could play as the main characters of the movies. That one would take a while before being implemented as it will take a lot of time to recreate movies and plan for interactive experiences.
