“Power would weaken by 200%” doesn’t make sense. You can’t reduce something’s power by more than 100%, as once something has 100 percent of its power reduced, it has zero power. What you should have written was either: “Would lose the 200% power boost [to attacks with cold weapons]” Or, and I think this is the best way: “After all, his cold weapon attacks will only be one third as strong once this month’s passive ends.”

Pretty sure this is the first time this rule was explicitly stated. Prior to this we as readers had to infer and assume there was a secret nature to the disciple training, but nobody ever said anything .
