Yeah Karen had it in the anime. So I can only assume it one of their bloodline abilities like adamantine chains and the healing bites not everyone might have it but an uzumaki most likely has atleast one of the 3 abilities along with sealing aptitude and high vitality and chakra.

No need to confirm it it’ll proably be exposed next chapter They’r afraid of doom leading humanity so they replaced multiple worldwide leaders plus savants comment about already being at war they’ll probably expose them next chapter arrest them and get a re-vote now with humans realizing how afraid of doom the aliens are they’l vote for him out of panic of another invasion.
