Not exactly, the main ability is to [Fool] paper substitution is also another ability he gained. He cen sense and enter the historical void, but he does not have any other powers inside that place, so its more of an outsider observing the historical void. Also for the spirit body thread, he can only see them, if and when they are used by others. he cannot interact with or use them. Other than that is the anti-divination and anti-illusion upto Sequence 8, which by my understanding is not tooo op right? Essentially, like the name suggests, he becomes the End of the Fool pathway, almost perfectly equipped to eliminate those of the Fool pathway.
Other than these abilities, the Fool's End also allowed Max to substitute himself with paper figurines, to either exchange places with it or use it as a distraction. These could also be used to avoid hexes and curses, though not very successfully most of the time. I mean, most of Klein's life was managed by ubsurdly powerful beings, almost micromanaged, and he did not even know it for most of the time. Compared to that, our mc at least knows what he needs to do. He can choose not to grow stronger and just stay away from everything. He has a choice...

Yes, I have introduced other reincarnators. I hope I handle it well. mc's outer god form will be really powerful, especially with the Sefirot Amalgamation of All added to the mix. Though the exactness will have to be talked about later, after Max successfully gains all the other three pathways an their uniquenesses to advance. So basically a long time... The reincarnators were necessary for plot purposes. I could not have his pathway directly leading to Great Old one, it would be too ridiculous. Either the powers of the Great old one would be weaker than others who had more pathways leading to merging into the GOO, or the advancement requirements would have to be absolutely bonkers which would not make any sense. Instead, a little action among Sequence 0s I felt would be a lot more preferable to the readers.
