Why the high rating? Because it's one of the best fanfic in this cesspool of fanfics. But it is compare to 9th circle of hell's hellfire to searing frying pan full of ultra hot oil. When reading you can't shake the feeling that 2 people is writing this one male one female. Or 2 woman pretending to be male.
