Gunpowder in the bullet.... Tha-thats not how that works at all? gunpowder is in the casing, and even then you're likely to use a solid slab of metal for a bullet as the gunpowder is more likely to explode going through the electromagnetic railgun.... Look it up online theres tests of some made and all
