There are a couple things that could explain why she reacted that way. 1, they have no concept of aliens or life forms away from the planet, as well as death like that being final. he didn't get resurrected by magic, he came back to life in a new body. 2, she lived every moment of pain, grief, and rage that encompassed his 40+ years existence. the mental damage that could cause should not be understated. she can't stay gone, but she really didn't have a choice but to make space.
