It gladens me that this is your opinion on the so called "Power levels" and Nobility Ranks of the DxD Devils. I, also, believe that Satan-rank is a misnomer, and is actually a title, like King, Duke, etc. In fact, I think that that an extra distinction exists ... STRENGTH-wise, meaning amount of total energy/demonic energy and its quality (if that is the approach a fanfic takes ), the maximun rank a Devil can achieve is peak of the Ultimate class... Thus the name of "Ultimate", otherwise it would be called something else. In my opinion, Super Devils are not stronger energy wise, their stronger ability wise. Sirzechs can trasnform into the atual representation of the concept of Destruction ! It is not his crazy MP bar, not his INT stat that makes him Super, nor is it his battle skills. It is the fact that he can affect beings far beyond his weight class and usually emerge victorius. Same stands for Rizevam or Azukas, they are at the peak of what their species can naturally reach, but the possess abilitites that make them a legit threat to a group( Rizevam, thus his is the "weakest" Super) or generally other beings. I think it goes like a cultivation novel, where one might be X rank and comprehended the Law of ... Idontknow, Fire, where another guy is rank X-1 or X-2 but has comprehended the Law of Causality or Fate or I-dont-give-a-damn. So a Super-class Devil is a Devil that is "Special" in the way it can express its power, thus bypassing any limitations inflicted upon their race and bloodlines .... heck, even Serafal flirts with the concept of being "Super", it is just that her Sitri bloodline ability of manipulating water, mutated into manipulating and creating ice ... If, for example, she unlocked the ability to affect the "flow" of things ( because the water "flows" and thus it would make ... "sense", she would be a bonafide Super devil. She is not, simply because her mutation does not allow her to punch above her weight class, like it does for Sirzechs. So, although I am taking it a step further than you, I will return to the top and, once more, agree that Satan is a title ( nobility rank) and not an actual level of power, although to get that rank, it would be required to possess similar levels of power as the original Satans, thus being eligible for the name. In the train of thought, Serpahims and Archangel Michael are peak Ultimate Class, AT BEST, given that they could't defeat the original Lucifer and his race, even though they hade the elemental advantage ( Holy ) ... Unless we start considering that Holy Beings are as weak in Demonic/Profane energies as the Demonic beings are to holy ( the whole antithesis and stuff).
And I officially picture Alor as a whiteskined and whitehaired Demiurge ... Glasses included [img=recommend]
Κοσμικά Μυστικά : Περί διαστάσεων και παράλληλων συμπάντων :p Sry, not speaking ancinent AND forgotten versions of Greek :p
That ... No words to actually describe how AMAZING this fic is ...The whole cultivation thing gives ground for so many humorous misunderstandings that I simply wish there where 200 more chapters wo I can binge read it in one go. Alas, I will faithfully follow the regurlar updates for now on, it is totally worth it !
This is honestly amazing. Love the MC, and I really like the not overwhelming use of "System Notifications" ... I feel like a lot of novels and fanfics get lost in constantly giving power up, new skills and constant stat up and feeling up 5-6 full mouse rolls of info with those. Keep up the good work, it has been a very enjoubale read so far !
Good writing quality, with no notable spelling or syntax mistakes ( if any ), reasonable "Golden Finger" with no OPiness straight out of the blue. Would like to see the way the story progresses and the path the MC will take.
Would you consider the alternative : Choromancer. Derived from the greek word "χώρος" (choros), meaning "space" and pronounced basically as a deep "H"? It just ... Spatiomancer doesn't really roll of the tongue.
Rarely do I give a review, but I felt this one novel deserved it. A believe is handles the whole System/Golden finger in a wery delicate an balanced maner, that allows for an enjoyable experience, without having to read about a MC that grinds and levels up constantly, rendering the whole story a power trip, with the fictional world it takes place as an occational filler. I write it after reaching chapter 100, an I am very pleased with the way it develops. Could it be better ? Yes, but that is not the point. It is well writen and shows promise for further development. I hold some thought about the character development of the MC, but ... hey, it is interesting enough as it is. Certainly an enjoubale read and I am looking forward to it continuing further and finally reaching beyond what I am expecting. I have a feeling the author has a lot of ideas, if not even planned out. Give it a try, not gonna be desappointed !
Excellent funfiction. It does no justice to the withcerverse, since it barely explores it but it delivers some very nice stories with hiw "travelling"... Nonetheless, I have mixed fillings about some of the explored universes, kinda" cringy" if you are imagining everything looking realistic and suddenly a wild-anime-character appears :P. It does grow on you though, gives a feeling of lightness, much needed after the tension full moments. I am thankful for having the opportunity to read something so enjoyable.
Would it be smart to reveal the runework of excalibur as a means to help reveal wether there is Asgardian bloodline in Earth, or should he try his luck by going straigh to the dwarves ? Could be anything, from a relic that proves his character quality an earning him respect to an overpowered weapon, desired by many ...
A very entertaining fan-fiction. Not much can be said about the story, since it is almost identical with the actual novel ATG. The quick pace of development is refreshing, and the "meta-gaming" knowledge possesed by MC contributes to a more satisfying plot. But a few things are left to be desired by MCs character. A lot of potential for a more cruel or cold personality are left to be desired. Nevertheless, his manipulative personality somewhat makes up for this. As far as writing quality, it is certainly above average, guaranteeing an enjoyable read, far better than most fanfic out there. As a book, average. As a fanfic, more than decent. Worth the time spent ;)
