Super regeneration doesn't work like that. If it did All for One would have been fully healed. Super regeneration only heals recent injuries and it wouldn't fix the embers of One for All from going out.

As he laid there a black sluge poured out of his mouth as the was teleported away along with the body of All for One. She looked around again and sees many variants of the monster All Might had fought. Nana punched with all the power she had and blew a hole right to the sky, the opening had a few trees surrounding it. In Nana's vision was the icons Izuku had described. Ignoring that she picks up Izuku and flies out of the hole she made to an amber sky it was sunset. The public thinks that All Might had a quirk awakening and are theorising on which fight had caused it.
After the interview All Might was seen flying around the whole of Japan during his patrols. He has shown off some of the other quirks mainly fa jin and gearshift as the public noticed that he was moving a lot faster than usual. Don't worry about the Hero name. I never liked that he kept it in canon too.
The class is gathered at the entrance of the mock city. They are all dressed in their hero costumes. Izuku was wearing a simple dark green armored selfmending bodysuit which covers most of his body leaving his head and hands exposed and a utility belt full of medical supplies.
