yeah it's gonna be awhile til it develops further. it's going to be one of the more difficult moves to advance as personally i think the move encompasses so much, so it will take longer to improve
But now that I had taken a moment to review their progress, I was impressed by how far they had come. yeah he isn't really going to work with SHIELD fully. maybe help them out here and there but nothing too crazy.

Thanks for the heads up, i started realising that and doing it a bit, especially when i wanted to get into some detail about his training with the Pokemon and about their moves but it kept on wanting to go to jump to the story and speed up the narrative which I'm not a huge fan of

oh don't worry, he won't be joining them, he may use them for their resources and assist them when he seems it necessary but he won't be working for shield. he has the potential to create something good outside of the influence of any corruption whether it be hydra or just politicians in general
