Looking at all the information before me it seems relatively straightforward, "system, what do these all mean?"
Not getting a response i ask again "System?"
Still nothing I ask a few more times and there is just silence, no response at all I start to wonder if I have a defective system...'can you hear me? hello, hello is this Sam?'
"Yes, hello I can hear you."
"Ah good, so I realised I forgot to mention, your system will just do the basic, it will run the initialisation and instruct you how to start up your menu but the rest will rely on yourself. Well anyway that's all, hope you have a fun time. Good Luck"
"Ah what? wait..." but I got nothing back, as quick as he came, he disappeared just as fast.
Well damn it, looks like i'm not getting any other assistance. Well then lets look at this thing, inspecting the screen it mostly seems pretty straight forward, it had my name, age, experience made sense, job though i wasn't too sure about, was it a normal job or something related to Pokémon. I tried pressing on the screen but my hand just went straight through.
Draw chances also made some sense but I wasn't sure how they accumulated, and if they were influenced by actions or other events. Looking down at the last two sections my eyes went wide, infinite numbers of Pokémon? what the hell that was just crazy and the same for the storage, just what did that being give me. "I'M GONNA BE SO OVERPOWERED MWAHAHAHAHAHA", realising how carried away I got I noticed some people walking past giving me a look that doubted my sanity.
Finally looking at my abilities I was extremely surprised in the later generations of Pokémon you really saw stuff about psychic and aura powers be fleshed out and from what i saw you couldn't have both, it was either one or the other. This is just crazy, being able to develop both would really help me connect with my Pokémon and assist in protecting myself from some of the crazy people around the place.
Mental fortitude though confused me a bit, I couldn't really remember much of anything related to that, which led me to think that it was one of the perks the being gave me. This one though had some substance or solidity to it that was different to the rest of the menu, having a thought I pushed forward and my finger came into contact with the words.
MENTAL FORTITUDE
The defense of the mind, this ability gives the user a way to protect his mind from any external force looking to do him harm or intrude without permission. Control over the permission means that upon coming into contact with Pokémon or human who displays no desire to harm or influence the user will be able to give access to that individual within reason.

Wow, just wow that solves quite a few concerns I had going into this with those people who can mess with your mind. massive load off my shoulders i'll tell you that. Though I have no idea what 'Genetic Anomaly' is and I don't have a way to find out like I could with mental fortitude, seems like I'll have to figure out what that is. Inspect was very self-explanatory and if the max I saw next to it was any indication, then it will quickly become one of my most powerful and useful abilities.
So looks like i got some answers and yet more questions, ah how frustrating, well let's suss out the current situation and see what my position is, probably a good idea to find out where I am in the timeline as well.
Having a look around I was interrupted in my deliberation by a

Oh shit, I have to find someplace secluded, so people aren't weirded out. Looking around I saw an alley off to my right and i dashed in getting some looks from the passerby's, but it seems like nothing out of the ordinary as they quickly went back to their day and ignored me.
Making it deep enough into the alley and looking around to make sure I was alone I confirmed the delivery and moments later a large crate crashed to the ground disturbing the dust around the area. It gave off a golden shine and upon getting close and reaching out a screen popped up.

Opening up my status again I see the updated Draw chances and get excited for what could be coming my way. My very...own...Pokémon. Barely containing my excitement I start to wonder 'how do I do my draws?' As soon as the word draw crossed my mind another screen popped up.

Focusing on the basic draw I move into another screen.

Reading the note under the draw option before selecting the single draw, I sweat dropped thinking of how unlucky I would have been jumping straight into the draw without reading. Sighing in relief I took a breath, praying to Arceus and selected the bundle draw.
*ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, ding, DING!*
Hearing that final DING! got me excited, looking at the menu i traced my eyes down and seeing the final result my excitement jumped through the roof.
