Theres a few issues with that 1) is that the night walkers are a secret orginization and almost no one knows about them meaning if he tells her it means nothing and 2) he would gave to say that he is almost folloing the night monarchs rule and through this entire book it has never been mentioned that he revers the night monarch more than just a strong person.
