Then that removes opposition for the Foundation or enemies which makes the story more rigid for further story expansion and makes it more undesirable if you remove them quite easily because of the system giving him quote unquote "more powerful scp that doesn't give a #### about the laws of the world and just destroy my enemies quickly" that will make the story more bland and common like the other stories out there that uses scp theme to there story that uses for comical relief or just for there common "I am powerful and can destroy everything in my way" trope
