I didn’t forget anything. And u are right it is not maths. It is just that u can not give more than u earn. This rule only work if there are 2 or more manufacturers and one of them doesn’t own more than 75% of the private specters which is the objectif?

Ok so if captain is Shang Wei. They are officer (subaltern). rank for nco officer are masterchief, sarge, corporal etc.. Every army in this world have basically the same ranks and division except for the navy. Don’t ask me why. But now I understand what u mean. It was just the word captain that doesn’t suit me but it is your world so thx for ur work and please continue :)

A captain is an officer. He usually leads a company (like 200 soldiers) a lieutenant run a section (20 man) or sometimes several and sarge helps them. Of course it is just an example but I don’t understand what you mean by captain and officer. Are u talking about headquarters officers ?
