he has both the sun and moon divinity so the cosmos will likely be a important part of his empire and followers and a source for more divinities cosmic energy is a iconic power source alongside psionics and magic its just tends to show up only in scifi settings though only very rarely showing up in a fantasy setting so the three main sources for his people power and civilization wise is science(he already has the technology and biology divinities so this is obviously a thing), psionics(espers are planed already), and cosmic(the sun and moon divinities are already his he just has to figure out how to use them) celestials are the users of the power system for cosmic powers
