Author here. Life is hard, I've been feeling a bit down lately because of all the work. This world would be much better if the capitalist overlords all grew conscience someday and distributed some of the resources they've been hogging. Yeah man it seems like a petty issue but the claws really pulled me out of the novel. I'm really picky on aesthetics, and know I will cringe every time the mc uses his claws.

Think he means every black person does their braids lol. I've seen white ppl with more soul body movement to a song than black btw. People just think it looks goofy when white ppl do it because it's been programmed into ppls mind that it's a black thing.
