Thanks for the chapter Adui!----- Although this chapter is a bit of a letdown for us "Infinite Mana" readers, it's still nice to at least see some of what went down from Eckert's point of view.----- On the plus side, knowing what's to come in the next few chapters has me eagerly awaiting next week. I can't wait to see what sort of adventures Eckert is going to have in the White Tier Continuum Apocalypse Reality!
At this point I'm hoping he obtains loot that allows him to upgrade/empower his Halos. Realistically though, he is for sure going to be obtaining Cosmic Filament Cores, and possibly skill books/equipment.----- Either way I cannot wait to be surprised by the loot that he will obtain from the rifts.
Thanks for the chapter Adui!----- I've always felt that Eckert has been more of a "Quantity" person when it comes to Daos/Laws/Edicts, and Osmont has been more of a "Quality" one.----- This chapter cements this for me since it seems like every first Firmament existence in this cycle has a complete White Tier Halo. This is making me curious more and more as to what Eckert's limit of the soul is, if he even has one.----- Considering we have seen beings with 3 Halo's that were still in the First Firmament in "Infinite Mana", Eckert is primed to be obtaining a huge amount of Edicts from this cycle, here's to hoping that he can obtain all of them successfully, even the Third Firmament existences participating.
Nah it's not any fault of you, I just saw the wording and assumed you meant it literally that he had subjugated an entire reality of beings. It makes sense now that I think about it that you were talking about the strongest beings and not every being...
Thanks again for the chapter Adui!----- I've got a question about a paragraph in this chapter. You mentioned that Eckert has Subjugated/Dominated over an entire Reality's worth of beings, but I can't remember this happening.----- Yes he has Subjugated a few beings in his home reality, as well as some beings in the Archaic Tribal Lands and in Ezekiel's reality, but that doesn't seem nearly enough to be considered a whole realities worth. Realities can have 10's of thousands of Cosmos, where each Cosmos can have Quintillion's of beings.----- I know my memory has issues sometimes, but I recently did a re read of this novel and I cannot think of anything that meets this.
Seeing as the previous chapter said there are billions of beings participating in this White Tier Game, that's a pretty big goal he has set for himself. Once you consider that all the participants are at the 1st to the 3rd Firmament of Ascendancy, that's a whole lot of power to be obtained.----- Here's to hoping that his absurd soul can handle it all, I'd love to see him manage to get a good number of Subjugations this time instead of having them all die and become Undead Vassals.
Thanks again for the chapter Adui! ----- As I expected, the best method of securing loot from rifts is to stop your "allies" from clearing the rifts without first being subjugated.----- As for wanting to have every existence in the Cycle under him as a Subjugation, that would be a pretty cool thing to have happen, especially so he can chuck them in the Cosmic Dimension of Death to churn out powerful Edicts for him.----- Ever since he obtained the "Hive Mind" skill I've been waiting for him to stretch out his tendrils and control an absurd number of beings and it seems like this Cycle is going to accomplish just that. Now all he needs is a central base of operations to house all his subjugation's and expand outwards towards other realities.
Ok this is exactly what I was hoping would happen with the rifts. With them having to be cleared multiple times to be destroyed, Eckert is going to be able to lower his clear time through Idle Mode.----- This should mean some pretty dang terrifying loot times towards the end of the Cycle. I'm curious as to what type of loot he will get, I'm assuming the usual cores, but hopefully he gets new types of loot as well.
Thanks for the chapter Adui! Seems like besides the Daos & Edicts and Undead Vassals, the biggest gain for Eckert is going to be Racial Bloodlines he can obtain to use with the Ultimate Evolution System.----- One of my favorite things about reading both novels is seeing the descriptions of skills and abilities when the characters get stronger, seeing the descriptions of Edicts is my current favorite. Which is why I'm curious as to why we haven't see the info about Eckert's newest forged Edict (Greater Nomological Edict of the Fateful King).----- In fact I noticed that we still don't have the description of the ability <Shadow Emperor> of the Edict of Adumbral, which is odd considering it was mentioned that it was one of his strongest attacking skills.----- This also happened in "Infinite Mana" where Osmont's Edict of the Resplendent Treasure Emperor never gave us a description of the abilities <Glorious Loot> <Randomized Warping>.----- I"m not sure if it was forgotten or if the abilities will be explained later in the story, but I feel like It should be mentioned nonetheless.
This begs the question, if he kills an Enlightened Zombie will he get an Undead Enlightened Zombie? Is it even possible to be 2x Undead.
I don't think that Eckert would need something like Osmont's Soul Library. Eckert has always had an overly strong soul, so much so that I don't think he will ever run into the issue of not having enough soul to store Dao's/Edicts.----- If you remember back when he obtained the Ultimate Evolution System, it had a "Soul Strength Value" that seems to quantify the strength of his soul. Ragnar's soul value at the Cosmic Realm was 0.01 and Eckert at the Cosmic Realm had a value of 18. That's to say that at the same realm Eckert's soul strength value was 1800 times that of Ragnar which is a pretty huge difference.----- I've been thinking of different Edicts that I could see him creating based on the abilities/concepts that Eckert has, and making soul based Edicts or Edicts based off of his Mind Dominator skill tree are the most likely.
Thanks for the chapter Adui!--- I'm gonna guess that he ends this game in the 4th Firmament of Ascendancy. That would make him ineligible for future White tier Continuum Apocalypse Games, and would open him up for entering Blue tier ones.--- I'm also wondering if Eckert is going to make an Edict similar to Osmont's Sanguine Emperor. At the rate Eckert is going to potentially be obtaining Edicts in this game, he is going to be able to hit the cap of 10 Halo's pretty soon otherwise.
I'm gonna go ahead and guess that this is going to be one of those instances where the power balance is so unequal that only a few days pass before Eckert is the Champion.
Thanks for the chapter Adui!----- Fire Truck System huh, can't help but remember Eckert being killed in his original world by a "speedy red truck" is this a confirmation that it was a fire truck?----- I also cannot help but wonder if the systems that are available to Invaders are true systems or not, and if Eckert would be able to obtain them like he does normally.----- I also wonder if the Ultimate Perk Young Telos includes it's racial bloodline, if so I could easily see Eckert getting not just a Cardinal Royal Bloodline but the Telos Bloodline through this match.----- All in all I am super excited to see the next few chapters.
Man Eckert is going to be obtaining a ton of racial bloodlines to use with the Ultimate Evolution System
Thanks again for the chapter Adui! ----- I'm really hyped to see the Continuum Apocalypse Realities and the power that Eckert is going to obtain inside them. ----- I'm also super excited to see what sort of Edicts Eckert is currently cooking up, as each Edict he has personally designed has been super powerful compared to the Edict's he has obtained from others.
The only thing that would have made this chapter better would be seeing the Loot Box, and seeing how fast he cleared the Cosmic Rift.
I think he might be referring to using the concepts of the system itself to make edicts similar to how you can use the abilities to do so. ----- For example I don't think you could use the concept of the Tower of Champions of the Idle Gaming System to make an edict, but the abilities granted by the Tower should work just fine. ----- Similarly I think you could birth Daos that could influence system abilities like Osmont's Dao of Loot. And then you could incorporate that Dao into an Edict. -----
