the tomb of Ariel could've been a hint from the daemons. Like maybe Ariel was trying to imitate the cosmic cycle in a way or to try and train people at becoming better at breaking cycles 🤷♂️
I feel like maybe this is all one giant cycle again on more of a cosmic scale and sunny is weaver from a far distant future and a far distant past
maybe he wouldn't need it to be super powerful if it's only letting a few select people remember him - his sister and the OG cohort.
😭😭😭😭😭😭
That is absolutely an incredibly ingenious plot line!
this is a gacha game bruh
when she's around he slips up more in general - she probably has some sort of charm talent or attribute or maybe innate ability
bruh at this point I'm only continuing this novel to see if it actually gets better or if it stays the same 😮💨
I know the comments are basically 2 years old but I get the feeling they don't really understand the sentiment behind this statement - its basically saying that you are doing yourself a disservice by giving up on yourself and not doing everything you possibly can to become stronger - and stronger is more of a blanket term (wealthier, healthier, physically stronger, mentally stronger). A comment mentioned the homeless so in this case it means if you just submit to the reality of being homeless and no longer try to better your own situation then that's a sin to yourself.
It has a decent start. A glaring problem that gets more and more apparent is repetitive sentences and an incredibly generous use of adjectives. Characters aren't really fleshed out - it doesn't feel like I'm riding alongside MC on his journey (I can't get absorbed into the writing/story). While the power levels have been mapped out, the levels that we have been in contact with up to where I have read have not really been given a proper frame of reference. It's hard to get the feeling for how powerful someone or something really is. It indeed has potential, but reading it can be very jarring for me and it's hard to really sink myself into the story.
hmmm maybe those journals were indeed a way for her to pass information onto the next cycle and perhaps they have all been trapped in those cycles for decades or even longer and only Cassie has been somewhat aware of it the whole time because of the journals?
I regret binging this and running out of chapters. Now I have to wait just like everyone else 😭. If only I had found this novel a few months later I would've had alot more chapters to binge 😮💨
now that I think about it, nightmare gates probably look like oblivion gates from Oblivion at least in my head, that makes them easier to picture for me
I get an image of we are billions
I'm thinking something along those same lines, I can't wrap my head around the thought completely but this could have so many implications
I wonder if having the serpent in her shadow would make her more susceptible to awakening a shadow aspect or if it was potentially genetic and she will have the lineage of the shadow God too
