well yes but there's a difference between wanting to friends with certain type of people and wanting to be friends with certain type of people while totally ignoring(npc-ing) other people. If the one doing it have been a average looking guy side character in a story people would have been like "oh my God, he's/ she's so conceited", " what a cold hearted bitch". and mc's are usually the ones who are being overlooked.
Another thing that happened is that we can go play in the village and surrounding woods. We were introduced to some of the other children in the clan and the servant families but when they tried to get close to us Little Yue would get annoyed and take on a cold expression, causing them to dislike us. After using observation on them I saw that none of them were talented, so I also didn't try to make friends with them. After all, I can only handle dealing with so many kids, so they must be extremely talented. Instead of making friends in the village we went into the woods to search for cool hiding spots and places to play. The surrounding woods don't have any vicious animals, so it was safe for children to play in. - Truemagician3yrCommented

sorry about the late reply, I mean since when are they experts or familiar about sciences related to space? long nosed is more of an engineer and nami is more knowledge about climate and weather and even than after the time skip. Robin is historian. none have any background which might help then in the subject, they didn't have standardized education so mostly specialization is their jam.
