Technically he's from the future of earth 1 but by going back in time he ruined earth 1 future so now it a different future but the author goes back and explain the thing that happened to make him go back in time so maybe they will get their memories of the future.

I've Been reading translate novels for a long time now maybe 6 7 years and in the beginning, they usually asked permission to use the novels it just when the industry started taking off of the new popularity of English readers loving Chinese novels they started taking back the rights and screwing over the people who made the industry in the first place. So the only people who could remain independent either had to charge to compete like ********** or be small translators who have permission and don't get much attention.
