Back to The Future

We finally booked an appointment with Brandie. Its been a long time have seen Brandie physically, we call each other often but not much, maybe once a month. If there's anybody I could run to, its Brandie. He is good at what he does. Me and Brandie are childhood friends, I still remember him telling me "I owe you one".

We set to leave early tomorrow morning, but how do I explain this to my wife. No she doesn't have to know. But I must prepare my family for this. Sebastian already contact the airport to prepare the private plane for takeoff. I know this is going to be a hard decision and to talk my wife into agreeing to leave suddenly. She's going to ask me "why are we going?", that's for sure. I don't like lying to my family but I need to act fast. I have to come up with a story.

Its already noon, my wife arrived with the kids, probably she went to pick them up when coming from work. I peeped out of the bedroom window, I saw my wife drive in. She's still a beauty. I remember when we met, she works in my father's company. I remember my Father trying to make me overseer his company here in Lagos, I never agreed to that. But that faithful day Patricia came to my dad's house to drop some business files. I instantly fell in love with her. She stood like an angel in her white T-shirt. This is the kind of woman I dreamt of. I accept my dads wish to overseer his company, not because I want to, but because I want to be with Patricia. She is a big impact in my life. Am not ready to loose my family again. I must find a way to stop the coming dooms day. My Family will be infected including me. I need to find a way to save us. This second chance must not be wasted.

Something unbelievable happened. An EMP class Cloud covered the sky instantly, it seems its going to Rain, but this cloud form is strange. If I can remember perfectly, something like this never happened before the outbreak. Or did the Virus outbreak happened sooner than expected?. Did I break the course of history because I told Sebastian about what's going to happen?. Have seen this in lots of movies, about time travelers changing what they do in a timeline, to prevent future havoc, but end up changing everything totally in the timeline.

My wife and kids quickly entered the house. The Cloud is becoming worse, you can even see blue lightning flashing between the clouds. Have not seen something like this since when I was born, even my small Tarima came hugging me saying "dad am afraid."

Then the worst nightmare of my life Began, this is a normal cloud before, but not anymore, has a big gigantic figure starts to appear among the clouds, now my family curled around me, my wife behind me, am carrying little Tarima in my palms and Jamila beside us, am sure Sebastian is also in the room, all watching this gigantic strange figure from the bedroom window.

I know this is all about me, and the reincarnation stuff. I decided to look at Patricia, am sure she will be surprised or afraid, because something like this has never happened before. But I received the greatest shock of my life. Patricia eye already turned white, including Tarima and Jamila, I tried searching Sebastian in the room but he was gone, he is nowhere to be found, then I noticed myself fading. Everything instantly turned black. I can't feel myself, I can't see anything, where am I ?. Were Is Patricia, Jamila, Tarima and Sebastian?. Its cold.

10000 years into the Future.******

I opened my eye, all I could see is a endless desert, were am I?, were is Patricia, Tarima, and Sebastian?. I remember Fading away, My wife and kids eye turned white, Sebastian no where to be found.

How did I get here?. The EMP cloud must have something to do with this. Wait, is that a human leg?.
