Your Majesty, Please Continue Your Reign!

When night time had passed, Xia Lin had finished her mission for the night. Instead of going back to meet up with Ren Tao and Xiao Qiang, she instead chose to do something else. She wanted to take her sweet revenge.

The gods had gone against her and sabotaged her for their own greed. In order to satisfy her hunger for vengeance, she had to take care of it by herself. If she told Xiao Qiang, he would immediately take revenge for her, but that was not what she wanted.

She loved being in the care of the person she loved, but she was not someone who couldn't do things herself. Xiao Qiang didn't know about this revenge plot that Xia Lin made, but somehow, he felt a shrill on his back as if something important was happening.

He threw that feeling away thinking that he wasn't missing anything, as Xia Lin always told him everything. However, this time, he would know everything as always, but he would know it too late. Xia Lin had already headed off into the Immortal Realm where the gods lived in.

She had not visited the Immortal Realm ever since being thrown away by her family to the Demon World. This time, she would visit them to give them nightmares for the mistreatment she got. She would also make sure to cause destruction in the Immortal Realm for being too much of a snake.

Thinking back to that night, she thought of the Immortal Realm as not gods, but as devils. They did not deserve to be respected by the humans for what they did. These arrogant people did not care for the humans at all and only cared for their own tastes.

On that night, she had been cornered and chased off to the cliff above the ocean. Or rather, the "Sea of Nothingness". The immortals had wanted her to disappear from the history of world. She hated the people that betrayed her and the people that hated for no reason.

The Xia family was the first to get a taste of blood, but the next person would be the young maiden that pretended to be her best friend. The Xia family did not know of her existence. When they threw her to the Forest of Darkness, they thought she would die.

On contrary, that helped her to improve her spiritual skills and become even more powerful. That was how she was able to get out of the forest after 100 years of stay there. She claimed the forest as her home and any spiritual beasts that roamed there belonged to her.

But because of the dangers of the forest, nobody ever wanted to go inside of it. Ever since being thrown there, the only person she had detected was Xiao Qiang. The Forest of Darkness was the first meeting of her and Xiao Qiang.

Since her family wanted her to die, she would show them how she had died and make sure they got the same thing. She was no longer the same person after all. She may have been a sweet and kind girl back then, but after being stabbed in the back by the fake lotus and being drowned by the pond, she chose to rise and poison the lotus and the pond.

Her powers had increased significantly which showed why she was so eager to take revenge. It didn't matter that she was by herself. If she needed help, she would call for Xiao Qiang because... She was no longer by herself now.

She had the man she loved right beside her. Reaching the gates of the Immortal Realm, the immortal guards stop her. The guards were new to the Immortal Realm and as such, did not know about the beef between the Immortal Realm and her.

"Please show your token to enter the Immortal Realm." The guard in white on the right side blankly says. He must be bored from guarding the entrance to the Immortal Realm. Looking at the one on the left, it seems he is already asleep.

She already came up with the perfect excuse as to why she didn't have her token. Truthfully, her token was stolen by her twin sister when they threw her away to the forest. She didn't care back then about how it was stolen because she was too busy trying to survive in a forest.

"I'm sorry, I don't have my token, but I hope this kind sir can let me pass on account that I am the Demon Queen?"

"D-demon Queen! Are you really the queen?"

"True in body and face. Oh, right, please don't announce my coming to the Immortal Realm. I've already been announced missing for years. I want to stay that way for a little longer. Being a queen is tiring. You don't get to adventure. I hope you understand?"

"Don't worry! Not a word will come out!"

"Here, this is to thank you." She gave the guard a pill that helped you in rising your spiritual level and entered the gates.

The Immortal Realm was still the same, but different in some ways. First, she needed to check if the Xia family was still living in the same residence as back then. While she was busy checking the locations of every betrayal, Xiao Qiang was being questioned.

"Your Majesty, after the fake has been killed, you will definitely get on your seat, right?" The first clan leader asked before another followed up. "That's right! Your Majesty, nobody else is perfect for being the king. You must!"

To all of the clan's question, he answered a simple no. "W-why not?" He didn't want to use his energy to answer anymore questions, but rather to find where his wife had went to. Her presence in the Demon World had disappeared.

He thought to himself, "There are 3 gates in the Demon World. One to enter the Immortal Realm. Second for the Human Realm, and third for the Netherlands." She could have gone to any of those three, but he knew that it was an 80% chance she entered the Immortal Realm.

Xia Lin forgot about how they had a bound contract which was able to sense each other's presence. Because of this, she would never know that she didn't get to take revenge fully, nor that Xiao Qiang had caused disturbance in the Immortal Realm.

He knew that no matter what, even if he was right, he may be wrong because Xia Lin hadn't entered the Immortal Realm before. Ever since having her come to the palace, she never took a step out unless he was by her side.

If he was right, it was mostly likely she had went there to vent her anger from what the gods did. He would only enter the realm. If she was there, he would destroy the realm to help ease her anger and if she wasn't there, he would go back to this place and wait for her.

She would tell him, when she came back. His deep thoughts were interrupted when he heard many voices in sync ask in a begging voice, "Please reconsider Your Majesty! Please continue to run our land!"
