Velkan Iacobescu is a Mage and the leader of the Alpha Team that was in this operation. He and his team, as well as any other member of the Special Forces, had undergone hellish training planned by Ferdinand before he traveled the world. Combined with the physical training received by the exiled Russys of the White Army, they were more than prepared for this mission.
