I think it's time to stop fooling around and move my whole attention back to become the strongest Bastard.
Once Nol recovered from the earlier intense pounding I asked her to teach me some spells of hers, she instead guides me to a room filled with shelves with a countless number of books.
"Let's start with basics, Issei-Sama" I nodded in acceptance; I don't want to chew more than I can bite, so yeah, I will start with basics.
Nol collects five books from a shelf and laid them in front of me on the table. "Fukuhon!" She stretched her hand out and chanted, to my shock five exact copies of the book materialized before my eyes.
"That was a spell that duplicates any non-magical objects." Nol explained, and I was gobsmacked on hearing the application of the spell, this thing is incredibly useful. I was drooling at the thought of stunts that I can pull off!
"The first spell is fireball." She said and handed me the grimoire. I was about to open the book or grimoire as Nol likes to call it, when suddenly out of nowhere a notification box pooped up in my line of sight.

"Fireball" I chanted softly, and suddenly a ball made out of fiery inferno materialized in the space above me.
"Whaa… Just now… fufu I have no words, issei-Sama, you are one special being~" I raised my chin a little as she praised me with eyes shining in admiration.
"What happened to the book?" Oh, that? I looked down and found it has disappeared without any trace, thank God it was just a copy.
"I have a special power that let me consume any knowledge written down in the book" I'm sure she would see through any stupid lies I told her. So, I went with as little truth as I could.
"… I actually didn't know that I can consume knowledge of a grimoire's, you see my world doesn't have these things, when you handed that grimoire, it was an eye-opening experience for me." Her eyes shined with more admiration than before.
She suddenly pushed all the earlier grimoires aside from the table and then she lifted the rug on the floor revealing a wooden trapdoor underneath it.
She lifted the door up and I was astonished on seeing the hidden compartment filled with grimoires and valuable trinkets, such as golds, rubies, and weapons.
Nol slowly raised her hand, and I watched in astonishment as the grimoires in the compartment lifted up in the air with a pinkish glow.
She levitated the books with her hand gestures and gently lowered them down beside the wooden table "Fukuhon!" She picked one book up and duplicated it before handing it to me.
"Frost Nova, this is an ancient spell created by the very first leader of High Elf, it is a point-blank spell with very high damage and freezes all and any enemies within 50 yards of the caster, freezing them for forever, but the frozen target is powerful than the caster then there has a chance that they could break them free." Oh, Nol, my beautiful, you are the kindest woman in the entire world.

"Did you learn it, Issei-Sama?" She takes hold of both my hands. She looks into my eyes hopefully. I hugged her with joy, she squealed at my sudden action but a second later she wrapped her hands around my neck.
"Fufu, so, you liked it?" Nol grinned at me as she leans close to kiss me on the cheek. "Yes, you are awesome Nol!" She raised her nose high in the air as I showered her with praises.
Eventually, Nol continued to duplicate the spells books for me and I continued to learn every single of them.
In total, I learned all 10 spells inscribed in the grimoires. Each of them falls under legendary class and let me tell you, every single one of them is extremely powerful and useful. For example, I can open a portal and travel anywhere I wish, I can cast a circle of light that will recover 5,000 to 10,000 Health points of an ally or a person of my wish within 15 yards.
I can cure all and any form of disease of any target of my wish, the MP consumption depends on the severity of the disease.
I can hurl a massive lightning bolt at enemies dealing 5000 to 10,000 damage, I also learned spells like duplicate and other simple spells like cleaning and some others that I found quite interesting.
[Next Day]
Everyone is preparing mentally for the upcoming Raid that will take place at any moment right now, Lucie is a potion master so she isn't fighting in this war but Evelyn will be by my side, she is a healer, her skills will be very helpful on the field, so I have made it my duty to protect her while she with me.
Will I use my summons?
I guess only if I was forced to do so or If I feel the situation has become dire, only then I will summon them and I actually don't plan to kill them in the first place, both Evelyn and Nol have requested me just to capture them. If possible, inflict damage that will immobilize them, and try to end the matter peacefully.

Lucie wished us luck once again and told us to be careful. "Please take care of my people, Issei-Sama." She yells from behind; I raised my hand and waved gently.
"Also take care of yourself, Issei-Sama!" Such a nice woman, she will be one hell of a good wife. "I guess I am lucky to have her and these two with me" My thoughts wandered off as my eyes landed on the two beauties walking beside me. I have no complaint if they ask me to marry them, I will do it without a second thought, unlike the modern female populace of my world these girls have little to no desire for wealth or expensive gifts.
They won't cheat on you, my friend; I think neither they will leave your side in time of danger once they decided to bond with you or when life is fucking you hard. The world is one nasty place, filled with double-faced people.

Then why such hate? You have hands… legs, don't you? Then take it whatever you want, run after your dreams and desire, if you don't act on your own goal and dreams, then don't try to rob them from others.
Remember this my friends, a fake friend or two-faced people will ignore your existence unless they need something from you. Its trust & the character what you need around you and who you choose to be around you, trust me 80% of the people don't care what your problem is or what shit you are going through, and the other 20% I guess will be your family or the people who genuinely care for you.
