The New President

"So as you see gentlemen, the manufacture of automobiles in our company has significantly increased, the models with new functions have attracted a lot of customers"

The conference room was dead silent, currently, the shareholders of the Salvatore Company are having a meeting to see the progress of the new President- Mr Leonard Salvatore.

They were prepared to criticize him and blackmail him that they'll take away the shares but here everything went upside down, ever since his father retired to spend his time in peace, they were trying to hunt down that position but who knew that this son of a bitch would take their chance away?

After some time, everyone nodded and clapped for the young tycoon who made the company the most successful and the richest of all time.

Leo calmly studied his surrounding, Hans who was giving the presentation was puffing his chest at this successful outcome, few shareholders were genuinely happy while others were forcing their lips to move up.

He ignored their good wills and slowly opened his mouth, "Hans throw Mr Horland out of this room right now"

The man whose name was mentioned opened his eyes wide. He was too shocked to say anything.

"W-what!?"

Leo instead of replying he just smiled and looked at Hans.

As soon as Hans met eyes with Leo he quickly went towards the laptop and started to play audio.

[...are you sure it will work? It's risky to do it]

[Don't talk bullshit, just make some mistakes in the final designs of the car engine, during the showtime, all the engines will stop working like this Leonard Salvatore will be thrown out of his position]

As soon as these words came, all the people gasped, a heavy silence fell.

Leo wasn't affected by this at all and smiled leisurely as if he was spending time on a beach.

All the shareholders had stiff faces unable to say anything.

Mr Horland face was pale, he wasn't able to say anything he knew, he knew clearly that he couldn't say anything.

He hung his head down and his shoulders visibly trembled. Without wasting any time the guards took him away.

"This is just a glimpse if anyone even thinks of destroying my company.... I'll destroy your life"

With this Leonard and Hans exited the conference room.

"Emma, all the best on your first day working as the President of the Snow Company"

Emma tenderly smiled at her father's words, "father, to be honest, I'm very scared I don't know if I'm am worthy enough for this position"

"No one is born perfect, you have to make yourself perfect and worthy enough for that position" her father pointed at the shiny plate that was kept on her table, her name was engraved in beautiful writing with 'President' written on it.

Her chest filled with happiness, she had the best parents, the best life and best of everything to which she was very thankful and wanted to cherish it dearly.

After giving her some pointers her father left the office where he spent half of his life, finally to live his last days in retirement and cherish these limited moments with his sweet wife.

Emma quickly started to work, she had to give her best.

"Alice, send me all the reports of the hotels in Shermer"

"Yes, ma'am"

With this she continued her work, she needed to first focus her mind in this area's hotels since those hotels have fewer customers all year round as compared to their other branch hotels.

She opened the website of one of the hotel, her eyes widened in shock when she saw the homepage of the hotel.

"What the hell, don't tell me this is the website that is been used to attract the customers? At this rate, not even a bug will come into the hotel!"

"Alice! Exactly after 1 hour, I want a meeting with the IT department! No excuses!"

She roared over the phone and with a bang she put away the phone. She again looked at the website and cringed at it.

Firstly, the fonts used in the website are utter trash the person looking at it will directly close the website.

Secondly, the pictures of the hotel used on the website are really old! Approximately 2 years ago!

The choice of colours was very pathetic

With a frown, she closed the page and started to think about how to manage and get the advertisement at the top level.

'If this is the condition for one hotel then what about the other hotels in Shermer?'

She could feel her blood pressure rise just by thinking about it. With a sigh, she started to jot down the points that she'll need it for the meeting.

Almost half an hour was left for the meeting, Emma slowly stretched her body and ordered for a cup of coffee.
