"So this is your house keys, if you have any problems do give me a call, good night"

Jasmine smiled in response and stepped inside her house, it was pretty much big for her. It had three rooms with a big living room and kitchen.

It was situated on the 20th floor, from the window she could see long skyscrapers, busy roads, beautiful sky which had stars twinkling and a shining, beautiful moon.

She smiled and gave a relieved sigh that she got such a beautiful house with such beautiful scenery that could be seen from the window.

Ring, ring!

She was pulled out of her reverie by the ringing phone with a frown she received the call.

"Hello?"

[Hi Jasmine, it's me, Alex, tomorrow we'll meet at the research centre at 9:00 AM sharp, all the best for your new job]

"Yes, I'll reach on time and thank you, meet you tomorrow"

With a smile, she hung up her phone and turned around to prepare for her first day as a scientist.

"Leo."

"I know mom, I know but I had to stay there for the sake of the company now only I'm left to take care of this company" while saying this he gave a side glance to his father who was sitting in front of him. 

"Ahem...whatever it is a relief that you did your job properly"

Leo smiled at Mr Salvatore's reply. 

"So tell how was your trip?"

"hmm... It was good especially the return flight" his eyes sparkled when he remembered the woman with light blue eyes.

His mother who was observing this behaviour of his suddenly smiled and nudged him, "Who is that girl? What is her name?"

Suddenly Leo's face hardened. 

"....."

His mother's face which smiling also dimmed. 

"Y-you rascal!"

Leonard. 

Forgot her name. 

"If you are like this how the hell is you ever going to woo woman!?"

The birds from the nearby trees flew away due to sudden shriek.

"Father you called us?" Emma asked while she entered the drawing-room with her brother.

"Yes, come here"

Their parents were sitting on the sofa, the atmosphere was calm as always so the siblings were a bit relaxed since from the expression of their parents the situation doesn't seem to be bad.

"The world is adapting new culture, thoughts, so we have to accept these changes and strive for the best but that doesn't mean we will forget to differentiate between what is good and bad for us"

"Yes, father" the siblings replied in unison.

"So since Emma came back I decided to officially hand over the president seat to her."

"...."

Both the siblings including the mother were shocked, they didn't say anything and just stared at him.

"I know it's too sudden but actually I have been thinking about it for a longer period and I finally concluded that Emma is perfect for this position, from childhood Emma has been the best even better than Adrian, isn't it Adrian?"

"...yes father"

"Oh my god! Finally, my daughter became the president! I am so proud of you my child!"

Mrs Snow who was shocked initially suddenly squealed and lovingly hugged Emma, even Mr Snow hugged them, only Adrian was awkwardly standing there.

He just continued to stare them with vacant eyes, before leaving them in the drawing-room.
