Abhijeet got hell scared after touching Daya's cheek which was getting cold like ice and his face was covered with cold sweat… Abhijeet instantly grabbed his wrist to check the pulse and hardly found any palpitation there…

Abhijeet in great scare turning towards ACP sir: Sir, Daya ki pulse bohut dhery chal rahi hai…

ACP sir hurriedly while glancing over his grand-son, whose blood flow was not stopping at all: Abhijeet inhien gari mein ly k chalo, ambulance pata nahin kb…

And he could not complete, seeing the ambulances coming inside in great hurry with loud siren voice as on ACP sir's saying, who had already fore-see the situation, Eshaan had already asked them for two ambulances… As soon as the ambulances got stopped, the ward-boys rushed out from them with stretchers and first, picked up Aryaan and made him lay down on stretcher and after placing the stretcher inside the ambulance, hurriedly attached oxgen mask with his face as till then Aryaan's body had started taking small jerks… ACP sir looked at Puneet who was still looking at the place, Aryaan was present and grabbing him from his arm, ACP sir moved inside the ambulance having Aryaan and the driver rushed away towards the hospital while in the meantime the ward-boys of the second ambulance, placed Daya inside the ambulance on stretcher and made him wear the oxygen mask… Abhijeet was inside with his brother and the driver followed the first ambulance in high speed with loud siren voice while the remaining got seated in the cars and Eshaan and Bhavna, followed the two ambulances who were running on the road in high speed as the drivers got well that they were not having a single moment to waste and the people on road were also giving them way, to move forward…

On the way, Bhavna had told about the recent to Freddy, who was stunned hearing that and after knowing the hospital name, told her that the four would be there…

While inside the ambulance, ACP sir looked at Puneet, who was sitting beside him like a statue, only gazing at his brother's face…

ACP sir grabbing his hand, in wet tone: Puneet, baita daikho na aap k Aani ko kya ho gaya, kaisy chup ker k laita hua hai yahan… Aap aik baar bula k daikho na issy… (Jerked him a little with…) Puneet, please baita bulao na apny bhai ko shaid yeh aap ki aawaz ka hi intizar ker raha hai… (Puneet's eyes started getting wet now while ACP sir added…) Aap ki tou bohut sunta hai na aap ka Aani tou aap ki baat tou zaror…

And he could not continue as Puneet burst out loudly in tears while hiding his face in his hands and ACP sir in extreme pain just pulled him towards himself and wrapped him tightly inside his arms as he did that all deliberately to make Puneet cry…

Puneet in tears and pain: Yeh sb mairi wajah sy hua, mujhy bachany k liye Aani khud gari k aagy… (While looking at ACP sir in great scare and pain…) Uncle, Aani ko kuch nahin ho ga na…? Yeh theek ho jaye ga na…? Dobara mujh sy baat karey ga na yeh, lry ga na mujh sy…?

ACP sir nodded with moist eyes while cupping Puneet's face with: Kuch nahin ho ga baita, kuch nahin ho ga aap k bhai ho… Yeh js ka baita hai na, uss ny bhi bohut baar mout ko haraya hai, yeh bhi wapis aaye ga, vishwas rakho… (While wiping off his tears, placed a soft kiss on his forehead with…) Aur phir yeh kabhi mtt sochna k aap ki wajah sy hua kuch bhi… Ager Aryaan samny hota aur aap gari ko daikh laity tou kya apny bhai ko bachaty nahin aap, haan…? Aur…

And he stopped and both turned their attentions towards Aryaan in great fear, who was collapsing…

Puneet hurriedly grabbed his hand while spreading other hand on his head with: Aani…! Aani kuch nahin ho ga tumhien… Aani bs hum hospital pohanchny waly hain yar, please bs thori daer…

The nurse had already gave him an injection while he was continuously in small jerks and was inhaling air using great effort…

Same time ACP sir's mobile rang and looking at the caller ID, he attended the call and the person on line, without wasting a single moment: Pradyuman hum log pohanch rahy hain CITY hospital… Avni ka phone aa gaya hai Sunil ko, tum himet rakhna aur chinta nahin kerna, hum rasty mein hain bs, himmet rakhna tum…

And ACP sir just cut the line, seeing the ambulance reached at the hospital, giving no reply to his buddy…

CITY Hospital…

As soon as the ambulance got stopped, the ward-boys opened the ambulance door and took out Aryaan's stretcher and the two also got down and looked towards the second ambulance which had stopped just behind them but they were not having time to wait and so rushed inside with Aryaan while Daya's stretcher had taken out and Abhijeet moved inside the hospital with him…

Both the stretchers were taken into the emergency while the three got joined with the half of the family when soon Dr. Salunkhy and Sunil, rushed in hospital and after asking from reception, they directly made their way towards the emergency where on way met with the Freddy and the three and they all rushed forward… After reaching in front of the emergency, they found the half family standing there in great tension so they directly made their way towards them and…

Dr. Salunkhy hurriedly to ACP sir: Pradyuman yeh sb kaisy ho gaya…? Aryaan tum logon k sath tha na tou accident kaisy ho gaya uss ka…?

ACP sir shook his head in great pain with: Pata nahin Salunkhy kaisy ho gaya sb kuch… Yeh log nasha ker k gari kyun chilaty hain… (In anger, pain and fear…) Ager mairy poty ya baity ko kuch hua na Salunkhy, main jaan sy maar dun ga uss gari waly ko, jaan sy maar dun ga…

Dr. Salunkhy in great tension and pain just patted his buddy's shoulder while…

Sunil in extreme tension: Abhijeet doctors kya keh rahy hain…? Khatry wali baat tou nahin hai na koe…?

Abhijeet in extreme fear and pain: Pata nahin Sunil, ab tk doctors bahir nahin aaye… (Looked at him with…) Sunil mujhy bohut drr lg raha hai, inhien kuch nahin ho ga na, haan…?

Sunil just nodded him in pain while pressing his shoulder while at the same time the doctor, from Daya's room came out and they all rushed towards him…

And Dr. Salunkhy instantly: Doctor Ravi, Daya kaisa hai, koe khatry wali baat tou nahin hai…?

Dr. Ravi taking deep breath: Sir patient ko bohut severe heart-stroke hua hai aur uss k sath hi unn ka blood-pressure bhi bohut high tha jb unhien yahan laya gaya aur mind bohut zada stressed… (Taking a pause…) He is in COMA now… (Team looked at him stunned, uttering not a single word… Dr. Ravi looking at their condition, added consolingly…) Daikhien aap log itna preshan na hoon… Ho sakta hai bohut short time-span k liye ho and I think k inhien pehly bhi heart stroke ho chuk'ka hai issi liye mujhy patient ki puri case history chahiye aur jn doctor sy yeh treatment ly rahy hain, I want to talk from that doctor too, on urgent basis, please…

Sunil coming out from the shock with force, nodded hurriedly with: Doctor, Daya ki case file main aap ko abhi mungwa k daita hoon… (Forwarding the keys towards Puneet…) Neechy Salunkhy sahab ki gari mein Daya ki case history pari hai, jaldi sy ly k aao…

Abhijeet had also recovered till then and in great tension: Main aap ki Daya k doctor sy baat kerwata hoon doctor…

Dr. Ravi nodded while Abhijeet taking out the card, Dr. Charles had given him, dialed his number and after the call got attended, he gave him the summarized reason of the call and then grabbed the mobile to Dr. Ravi and after a formal introduction, the doctors kept on discussing about Daya, when after around 15 minutes thorough discussion, the call got ended by both sides and Sunil hurriedly forwarded the file, given to him by Puneet… Dr. Ravi with another doctor gone through it minutely and then looked towards them, who were looking at the two, in great impatience…

Dr. Ravi taking deep breath: Patient ki case history daikhny aur unn k doctor sy baat kerny k baad hum dono doctors ko lagta hai k we should go for heart-bypass surgery for him… (The whole family looked at him in great shock while he added…) Patient ko yeh dosra stroke hai aur phir unhien migraine problem bhi hai so we think that heart-bypass surgery is the best option for him as it may give some good results towards his migraine problem too but we will take the final decision after having some tests of him…

ACP sir earnestly: Doctor please kuch bhi kerien bs Daya ko kuch nahin hona chahiye please…

The doctor gave him a node with: We will give our best sir lekin patient ka blood group O+ hai js ki universal nature ki wajah sy aksar hospitals min usually short-age rehti hain aur iss waqt bhi unfortunately humary paas…

And before he could complete, Puneet while stepping forward, hurriedly: Doctor maira blood group O+ hai…

The doctor nodded and then signaling towards a male-nurse: Aap inn k sath jaien please…

Puneet nodded and after glancing over the family he moved from there and the doctor also left from there todo some necessary tests before taking Daya for the surgery…

The same query was hammering in all minds and instead of sharing worried glances, nothing was in their hands… After few more nerves-testing minutes, the doctors came out from Aryaan's room and their facial expressions were enough to stop the heart-beats of the family for a moment… The doctors glanced over them as no one of them was having the courage to frame the query so the doctor himself initiated…

Dr. Tervadi taking deep breath: Ager patient next four hours survive ker saky tou…

Sunil cut him in extreme shock: Doctor kya matlab hai aap ka, Aryaan, woh…

And the doctor left from there with his team, leaving the whole family in the dark shadow of scare and Pelvisha just burst out in tears while hiding her face in her hands… Tasha instantly looked at her and secured her in her arms while rubbing her head…

Dr. Ravi nodded him with: Ab woh stable ho gaye hain tou hum unhien surgery k liye ly ja rahy hain, unn k tests clear aaye hain, aap log bs dua karien…

And after giving a pat on Abhijeet's shoulder, the doctor went inside the OT while…

A nurse forwarding a form towards ACP sir: Sir yeh form sign ker dien ta k hum surgery ker sakien…

ACP sir looked at the form and then towards the nurse with: Kaisa form hai yeh…?

The nurse: Sir yeh bs aik formality hai k ager operation k doran patient ko kuch ho jata hai tou aap hospital ya doctors ko blame nahin karien gy…

Dr. Salunkhy coming in anger: Kya matlab hai aap ka k…

Abhijeet cutting him while pressing his shoulder with: Dr. sahab please, yeh unn ka kaam hai… (While turning towards the nurse…) Kahan sign kerny hain…?

The nurse showed him the place and Abhijeet after signing the form, grabbed he form in the nurse's hand, who left from there after a formal thanks… And soon the OT bulb turned ON and they kept pacing in the corridor while looking at the bulb when…

Dr. Salunkhy silently: Main Aryaan ko daikhta hoon, wahan bach'chy akely hain…

ACP sir nodded and he left from there and after reaching there, found Puneet, having bandage on his forehead and was sitting beside Avni with other kids…

Dr. Salunkhy while patting Puneet's shoulder: Baita aap theek ho na…? Dizziness ya kuch…

And stopped receiving a silent shook from the later and heaving a deep sigh, patted his back and moved towards Aryaan's room and from glass-door looked at his grand-son's face whose head was covered with bandages, different machines, drips and oxygen mask was attached with his body and his eyes were closed…

A drop fell from his eye and moving back, he silently sat beside the others while attaching his head with the wall, worried about his son too, who was inside the OT at the moment and his mind went towards the discussion he had in noon with Dr. Shah…

Dr. Shah's Cabin…

After having the formal introduction, they handed over Daya's case history to Dr. Shah and now impatiently waiting for them to speak up as he was busy in studying Daya's case with his fellow-doctor… After few more minutes, Dr. Shah finally closed the file and both the doctors looked towards the two, who were looking at them in great hope and question…

Dr. Shah taking deep breath, initiated: Main ny Mr. Daya ka case perha hai and I must say k unn ki will-power bohut strong hai and he is surely a tough man to be defeated by any kind of health problem…

Dr. Salunkhy earnestly: Doctor aap ko Daya ki reports daikh ker kya lagta hai…? Ussy aik mahiny mein doo severe migraine attacks aaye hain aur pehly aik heart stroke bhi ho chuk'ka hai, hum bohut worried hain ussy ly k…

Dr. Shah nodded understandably with: G haan doctor, main samjh sakta hoon aap logon ki tension aur Dr. Shekher ko issi liye main ny yahan bulaya tha kyun k yeh aik cardiologist hain…

Dr. Shekher cleared his throat with: Daikhien jahan tk Daya ki reports ka taluq hai tou woh itni satisfactory nahin hain… Lekin bs aap log koshish karien k unhien kisi kisem ka stress na ho aur unn k paas apni beemari sy fight-back kerny k liye koe motive bhi ho, it will be a great help for him…

Sunil nodded taking breath with: G doctor, uss ka aik baita hai, uss k liye zindagi sy larny ki sb sy bari wajah…

Dr. Shekher nodded in smile with: Chalien yeh tou bohut achi baat hai k unn k paas itni strong reason hai zindagi mein khary rehny ki…

Dr. Salunkhy silently: Dr., Daya ki reports kya kehti hain…?

Dr. Shah taking deep breath: Dr. Salunkhy, Daya internally weak hai… Uss k nervous tissues zada stress bear nahin ker sakien gy aur kisi bhi kisem ka emotional trauma ya stress k aap k baity per achy effects nahin hoon gy, unhien kuch bhi ho sakta hai, so you people need to take very good care of him…

Dr. Salunkhy nodded understandably with: Thanks a lot doctor, hum pura dihan rakhien gy… (And while standing, forwarded hand towards him with…) And thanks for yours time…

The doctors nodded in smile and the two left from there after shaking hands and taking Daya's file from them…

Dr. Salunkhy came back in senses, feeling a soft touch on his cheek and looked towards the face to find Eshaan staring him in pain while wiping off tears from his grand-father's cheeks… Dr. Salunkhy just nodded him in pain-filled smile and gave a light pat on his grand-son's cheek… Same time he moved his gaze, seeing Dr. Shah coming towards there and while standing, he moved towards there who did not notice him because of seeming very busy in discussing the case with the other doctors… When Dr. Salunkhy came near to him and he moved his gaze and got shocked to see him there…

Dr. Shah in confusion: Aap yahan kya ker rahy hain Dr. Salunkhy…?

Dr. Salunkhy in pain: Js bach'chy ki surgery k liye aap ko bulaya hai Dr. Shah woh humara pota hai, Daya ka baita…

Dr. Shah looked at him in extreme shock and uttered as: Daya kahan hai…?

Dr. Salunkhy in wet tone: OT mein… Uss ka operation chal raha hai, heart-stroke hua hai ussy… Aryaan ka accident Daya ki aankhon k samny hi hua tha, doctor…

Dr. Shah in pain just patted his shoulder with: Chinta nahin karien… Aryaan ny teen ghanty nikal liye hain… Bs aap log dua karien, sb theek ho ga…

Dr. Salunkhy nodded in pain while Dr. Shah moved forward with his team to examine Aryaan who was still under doctor's extreme care… After around half an hour, Dr. Shah came out and found the half family standing there…

Dr. Shah encouragingly: Hum operation ki taiyari kerny lagy hain, aap log dua kerty rahien, phir aagy sb sahi ho ga…

And was about to step forward when Dr. Salunkhy stepping forward, said to him something in great fear and pain and Dr. Shah, giving an encouraging pat on his shoulder, nodded and left from there while…

Eshaan in composed tone: Main Dadu ko aur baki sb ko bata k aata hoon Aryaan bhaiya k barey main aur Chachu k barey mein bhi pouch k aata hoon…

And he moved from there receiving node from elders and after reaching in front of the OT, found the OT bulb still on so silently approached the family and updated them with the recent who just gave him a slight node and after few minutes, they heard another stretcher approaching them and moving their gazes, they found their half family, coming towards them with Aryaan laying on stretcher… They directly took Aryaan inside the adjacent OT while the whole family eyes kept looking at his face until he vanished inside the OT…

A nurse approaching them, hurriedly: Sir please yeh form jaldi sign ker dien…

The scare and urgency present in his voice was not allowing anyone to even look at the form when…

The nurse again: Sir please, jaldi sign karien… Jb tk yeh form sign nahin ho ga hum operation start nahin ker sakty…

Sunil while stepping forward, grabbed the form in his shivering hands and signed it while his tear fell on the form and the nurse, rushed from there after grabbing the form, when…

Another nurse approached them with: Sir, patient ka blood loss bohut zada hai aur humain operation aur uss k baad bhi blood ki zarort rahy gi… Aap mein kisi ka blood group A+ hai kya…?

Eshaan and Abhijeet simultenously: G, maira hai…

The nurse looked towards both and turned towards Eshaan with: Aap aaien mairy sath please…

Eshaan after giving a node to the family, moved from there with the nurse and Mohina also moved with them… Same time the second OT's bulb also turned on and they all kept waiting outside in hell tension and scare as their tension keep on increasing with every passing moment… It was around half an hour, since the doctor's team took Aryaan inside the OT when they all turned their heads in the direction of passage to find Jiya with her husband and in-law parents, rushing towards them…

Jiya while approaching her mother: Maa yeh sb kya hua aur kaisy…?

Avni in wet tone told her the whole with: Dua karo baita sb theek ho jaye… Dono ka operation chal raha hai iss samey…

Jiya giving her a teary node, looked at her brother and moving close to him just pulled him in a tight hug who hugged her tightly while crying on low voice…

Puneet in scared wet tone: Di, Aani ko kuch nahin ho ga na… Hum ny bohut sarey plans banaye hain di, hum ny tou abhi beach py bhi jana tha aur…

Jiya cutting him while rubbing his head with: Shhh chup ker jao Puneet… Kuch nahin ho ga Aani ko, hum log kuch hony hi nahin dien gy na ussy, chup ker jao please…

Puneet nodded while getting separated and Jiya softly wiped off his wet eyes and then looked at the OT's door in worry and pain while Neev was standing beside Eshaan and Rishab was with Abhijeet and Sunil and Mrs. Rishab was with Bhavna and Avni…

All were standing there in great worry and tension while praying a lot when after around five long hours which were like five decades for the family, the OT bulb of Daya's theater turned off and then after few minutes, Dr. Ravi came out from the OT and his expressions were enough to increase the scare of the whole family…

Rishab stepping forward: Doctor, Daya ka operation theek raha na, kaisa hai woh ab…?

Dr. Ravi taking a deep breath: Daya ka operation tou kamyab raha hai but he is still in COMA… (The people present there looked at him in extreme pain while the doctor silently added…) Unhien ICU mein shift ker rahy hain, aap log chahien tou unhien bahir sy daikh sakty hain…

And giving a pat on Abhijeet's shoulder, the doctor silently left from there while his words were still echoing in the ears of all the people present there… The kids immediately rushed towards the ICU and from outside, looked at Daya's face who was sleeping there in silence with closed eyes, wearing oxygen mask on his face… The kids with teary eyes kept standing there when felt soft hands on their head and turned to look at the faces where elders were standing with moist eyes and after looking at Daya in great pain and hurt, they moved back in the hope to at least hear something good about his soul…

Inside OT…

It was almost three-and-a-half hours since Aryaan was taken inside the OT, the monitor started beeping while blinking red light…

The nurse exclaimed in tension: Doctor, his BP is falling in great speed…

Dr. Shah in great tension: Prepare the injection, hurry up…

The monitor was continuously blinking… Aryaan's chest was moving up and down seeming like so much effort in involved in that act while…

Dr. Tervadi after glancing over the monitor: Doctor Shah, we are losing the life…

Seeing Aryaan breathing heavily…

Dr. Shah hurriedly: Increase the supply of oxygen, fast…

Aryaan sinus had started becoming really heavy while the ratings on monitor were decreasing in speed…

Dr. Tervadi in panic: Dr. Shah, patient is sinking, his heart beat is…

And he could not complete and all present inside the OT immediately turned their gazes towards the monitor to found nothing but a STRAIGHT LINE present there…
