Why A Dimensional Chat Group?

In contemporary Japan, Yuu Tachibana lives a seemingly ordinary life with his beloved family. However, Yuu harbors a secret: he has lived a past life in another world, making his current life his second. Having no one to call family in his previous life, Yuu cherishes his family all the more. One fateful night, Yuu discovers an unidentified phone in his room. The message displayed on its screen is cryptic and foreboding: [Do you want to save your family from their terrible fate?] With a sense of dread, Yuu is faced with a choice: [Yes] or [No]. Yuu must decide if he is willing to risk everything to protect his loved ones. Will he choose to save them, or let fate run its course? -------- So, before you jump into the fic, let me address the frustration of some readers, This fic is slow. The Dimensional Chat Group, is not given to the MC in the first or fifth chapter. No, no! Not even in 8 chapter, It decides to make a fashionable entrance in chapter 11. And we don't even get to fully explore it until chapter 15. Isn't that just great? The delay in the chat group's appearance seems to be a point of confusion for many readers. While the chat group is indeed a central aspect of the story, it's important to understand why the MC would use this unknown and potentially dangerous power. If the MC is reckless or unintelligent, the chat group's usage might begin in the first chapter. However, if the MC is depicted as a self-proclaimed genius or cautious individual, the story will reach the point of the chat group's involvement by chapter 3 at the latest, followed by a mission. In the initial 8 to 9 chapters, we get a glimpse into the MC's ordinary existence. He leads a regular life, surrounded by his loving family. He attends school, where he has a small circle of friends. Financially speaking, his family doesn't face any difficulties or hardships. And he is content with this simple, everyday life. Now, you might be wondering, why on earth would a person like our MC take a risk with the Chat Group? Hear me out. He's not some thrill-seeker, or a martial arts enthusiast looking for stronger opponents, nor is he a genius bored out of his mind. He's content with his life, and he doesn't crave anything more. So, why would he put his neck on the line? That's precisely why it takes so long for the Chat Group to enter the picture. The initial chapters focus on showcasing his everyday life with family and friends. It's all about giving you a glimpse into why he wouldn't initially desire the chat group. But, of course, he eventually takes the plunge because he discovers a reason that speaks to him. Now, I know some of you may say, "Hey, couldn't you have summed it up in a single chapter?" Well, sure, I could have, but I didn't want to. Summarizing the MC's relationships and motivations would have resulted in a shallow excuse that you—yes, you—would probably complain about later. Plus, there's more to this story than just his daily life. But enough about that. Let's get one thing straight: this fic is slow. If you're expecting a quick summary with occasional fights and snappy dialogue, do yourself and me a favor by clicking off this fic. You'll find what you're looking for in less than 10 seconds, guaranteed. So, if you're still here after this warning, I don't want to hear any complaints about the story's pace. You've been duly informed. And hey, as you read, try paying a little more attention to uncover the hidden meanings within the dialogues and monologues. Also, I am not saying that I have done a fantastic job on the writing, No that’s not the point of this. The point is that you the reader don’t waste your time reading something you don’t like. And I don’t get 1-star reviews for a reason as petty as ‘The Chat group took too long to appear’ That's all for now. Risks

Everything happened in a moment as they passed by each other with a spurt of blood.

TING* SPLASH* THUD*

With the crisp sound of metal colliding blood was flying through the air, and a pale green hand holding a sickle fell on the ground.

"I see, I see, both of you are good," Gyutaro was totally unfazed that his arm was chopped off as he looked at Yuu and Kanae who were standing near each other, but it was easy to understand why since he regrew it in the next second.

"Not only do you call sister ugly, but you also cut off her head, and then even cut off my arm? Hmm, You have to pay for messing with my sister, I never let someone who doesn't pay go away," Gyutaro smirked as a sickle came out of his palm again.

"I didn't call her ugly, I said she has an ugly personality," Yuu corrected Gyutaro whose smirk was frozen midway.

"That's the same thing," Daki screamed from behind.

"That's not the same thing, but you still can't do that," Gyutaro shook his head and looked at Yuu.

"I see, Kocho-san," Yuu said while facing Gyutaro.

"I understand," Kanae said and rushed straight at Daki who was behind Gyutaro.

"Hey hey, where are you going?" Gyutaro swung his sickle to attack Kanae, but she didn't even look at him as if her eyes were fully focused on Daki. She was able to do that because…

SLASH* TING*

But Gyutaro had to use abandon the idea of attacking Kanae as Yuu's katana came straight for his neck without a second's delay. And he wasn't going to be careless around him.

'They are both pillar level, and they trust each other, If I leave Daki alone, she wouldn't be able to face that woman,' Gyutaro thought as there was no other thing he could do for now.

"Who do you think you're coming at, bitch?" Daki screamed in anger and slashed at Kanae with all of her obi.

'It is a little hard to get near her,' Kanae thought as she made a flurry of nine slashes while meeting the slashes from Daki.

She cut up 8 of Daki's obi's and narrowly dodged the other slashes because….

'I can feel where she is going to attack since her emotions are really strong,' The place where Daki wanted to attack tingled as Kanae used her keen observation to figure out where the obi sashes were going to land.

And soon the distance between Daki and Kanae was reduced to a few meters.

Kanae saw Daki smirk wickedly and jumped to the side.

SWOOSH*

An obi shot straight up from the ground where Kanae was previously, if she didn't jump away she would've been wounded very badly by that.

But now wasn't the time to think about this, Kanae put strength into her legs and blasted towards Daki swinging her katana down.

'She won't be able to dodge this,' Kanae was sure, she could see that Daki was barely able to keep up with her speed, so the current attack would be difficult for her to dodge.

WHOOSH*

But just as Kanae's katana was about to reach Daki, her movements became weird and she stepped back dodging the slash.

Kanae's feet landed on the ground as her swing continued down towards the ground. One of Daki's obi was coming towards her to cut her in two.

Kanae bent her knees and stopped her katana from landing on the ground, she shifted her weight to the back foot and turned the blade up.

SLASH*

Swinging the blade upwards in a sweeping motion, she cut through Daki's Obi cleanly, Third Form: Camellia Ascension.

And even after cutting through the Obi Kanae's katana moved forward, her target was still Daki's neck.

SWOOOSH*

"You won't be able to hit me now," Daki smirked as a third eye opened on her forehead, it had the number Six written in it.

"I can see all of your moves," Daki said pointing at the third eye before swinging her obi's wildly at Kanae and the surroundings making her jump back calling off the attack.

'She got faster than before, even her slashes seem more powerful,' Kanae thought as Daki was reducing the surrounding buildings to mere rubble.

'Even then, I just need to focus on her,' Kanae thought as she looked at Yuu from the corner of her eyes.

"Such troublesome customers you two are, That won't do, That won't do at all," Gyutaro said as his left eye was currently closed. It was obvious why it was like that.

Seeing that Yuu's face didn't change at all, Gyutaro threw one of his sickles at his face.

Yuu dodged the sickle and then saw Gyutaro arrive in front of him swinging his second sickle to attack him.

TING* TING* TING*

The katana and the sickle collided a few times as Yuu backed away from Gyutaro who pressed forward. And in time the sickle came back spinning, it was aimed at the back of Yuu's head.

SWOOSH*

Yuu once again dodged the sickle while breaking off from Gyutaro's chain of attacks, or more he was trying to move back but that wasn't going to help much in front of Gyutaro.

SLASH* SLASH*

Multiple sharp slashes of solidified blood were sent toward Yuu at an incredible pace.

'He knows what I am trying to do,' Yuu thought while slashing and dodging the blood slashes that came his way.

He wanted to slash them all since Gyutaro had the ability to control the slashes and attack from behind which made it more dangerous to be left alone, But Gyutaro wasn't the only one who was attacking him.

BANG* BANG* SMASH*

Daki's obi also came towards him in coordination with the blood slashes that made it hard for Yuu to move freely and likewise, Kanae was also facing the blood slashes making her movements limited.

Yuu already knew that Gyutaro had given Daki one of his eyes and was helping her attack right this instant.

"How long can you keep this going, Hmm?" Gyutaro grinned; sooner or later Yuu and Kanae will run out of strength. But that wasn't true for him and his sister.

"You can try all you want but you won't be able to separate us two," Gyutaro was able to understand that Yuu wanted to separate him and Daki so that they would be fighting individual battles which will limit their ability to interfere in the other's battle.

But there was no way Gyutaro would let it happen.

So, the one who was desperate, needed to take risks in order to achieve his goals.

Yuu took the initiative and started to move forward instead of running around to bait Gyutaro into following him. It wasn't working so now it was time to change the plans.

Weaving his way through the obi sashes and blood slashes Yuu reached near Gyutaro engaging in close combat.

Their weapons collided making sparks fly around, it looked like they were fighting neck and neck but Yuu had to keep track of three different attacks.

"Great!! Great!!" Gyutaro shouted acting like he was enjoying the battle while attacking more recklessly.

He spun sideways attacking Yuu twice with this flesh kamas to push him back and get him off balance, then slashed upwards at Yuu's head right after landing.

SLASH*

But thankfully Yuu was fully in control and chopped off Gyutaro's arm making it fly in the air.

Taking this opportunity Yuu slashed at Gyutaro's neck but the latter ducked and only his hair was cut by the blade, he then twisted his body and tried to kick Yuu when he was once again aiming for his neck.

Thankfully Yuu stepped back in time to dodge the kick because...

'Getting launched in the air in front of this guy is asking for death,' Yuu thought as he saw Gyutaro kick his own arm which was falling down towards him.

Yuu barely dodged the attack and Gyutaro who had already regenerated his arm came towards him at an increased speed.

'He is showing more openings all of a sudden, something is up,' Yuu thought as he defended against Gyutaro's attack.

And Yuu's assumption was correct since this is where things took a different turn.

"Don't think I haven't figured out how you dodge attacks you can't see," Gyutaro grinned while continuing his attack with one of his flesh kamas "Using mirrors is a neat trick but now it is nothing."

'He broke them already?' Yuu looked at the surrounding slightly and couldn't find where he had placed them.

'The reckless attacks from before were to keep me occupied so that he can destroy the mirrors,'

But then it caught his attention…

'Where is his other Kama?' But soon he got the answer.

"Tachibana-sama behind you!!"

....

Boom! Boom! Motherfucker!
