Chapter 5 : Thee mysterious Jenn and the two men.

At first she thought that Jenn might be an athlete but now, although she had some doubt; she ignores it and thought that she might be overthinking, but it seems to be not the case.

'As expected, her background is just as complicated as Xia Yi's.'

Jenn turned to her. " Are you okay? " She asked worriedly that she can't help but look into her eyes.

Jenn seems like she misunderstood her. " You must be really scared." She said worriedly, despite her slightly muscular leaned body and sunny personality, Jenn is actually a really gentle lady.

Her image is so contrasting. She doesn't want to think about that anymore.

" The firewoods are enough, let's go back."

" Hm."

" Yo girls! Done having some fun time!"

Isis frowned, as innocent as the words can be, this brutish man's expression is the worst as it can be.

This hiking group that Xu Xinjue's mother applied in, consist of she and her, Xia Yi; the guide, Jenn, a pair of lovers, a group of friends of four, and two mascular men.

The group is quite large but so far it's okay.

Earlier when they trekking the trail, non of the members actually talked with each other except within their own groups,the group of youths and the pair of lovers talk with themselves; the same goes to her, Jiang Yingyue and Jenn, but this two men in the back of the group strangely stayed quiet the whole time, like they're having a lover's quarrel.

Yet one of the men didn't only took initiative to make a conversation, he was also very rude for someone they've meet this morning. Weirdly, although these men look brutish, they didn't emit a sense of barbarism.

Her suspicion increased. These men mostly likely have some ill motive. They doesn't seem like someone who would make I'll remarks out if nothing.

Looking at Jenn at the corner of her eyes, she couldn't help but sigh.

Since this is the case what else can she do.

These men, more likely cane for Jenn than her. Xu Xinjue's relatives wouldn't send someone to her at the moment for she is just some worthless child in their eyes.

But for Jenn, this beautiful black lady, the possibility is quite high.

Speaking of which, this world is really interesting. After transmigrating she busied herself familiarizing in Xu Xinjue's body, skills and this world.

Have of the reason is so she could survive in this world as Xu Xinjue, while the other half is because she wanted to avert her attention from her life as Isis Meisha Roses.

Because some of the novels never really bothered to introduce the world inside it to the readers, readers tend to think that the world inside those novels are replicas of the world they living in.

The same goes to " Silly Little Wife, Who Have You Offended Yet Again". She doesn't know a lot of things about this world. She thought that this world is just much like her original world, but how wrong she was.

She made a big mistake thinking like that. Although the laws of science are mostly the same, accordingly; other science theories is not the same as it was in her original world.

Of course, even the people that theorized those things are also different. Some theories are the same, some tears from home world can be found here, and some of theories doesn't exist in her original world.

The countries and continents here are also very different from her original world, whether is it the governance or the distributions of territories, even the history is very different!

But as the saying goes, human being are called ' The Repeaters'. A lot of people in history could be found doing the same thing, ignoring the distance and time that they live in.

Thinking like that, it is not impossible that the two world have similarities in many aspects. Yet, there is one thing that greatly impressed her than anything else.

In this world two is no continent called Africa, but instead, there is one called Sun Empire, the corresponding continent according to her memories as Isis Meisha Roses.

Sun Empire is vastly different from Africa. This continent, no, this Empire that is also attacked by invaders back in the days; with the unision of the tribes, had forced invaders to retreat every time as they build the now Sun Empire, one of the top nation in this world. Powerful yet disciplined, peaceful and beautiful, with their unique and complex ruling system that greatly help the nation remain in peace.

United in religion and beliefs, culture and tradition.

Maybe it's because of that, that they remained strong and resilient.

This nation that faced opposition, discrimination, and invasion; posed and came glorious and victoriously earning respect and well deserved admiration.

Because I revised the story, some might wonder why some content, is quite messy.

Anyway, I'm just saying but this author is not of African descent, so don't be mistaken.

This author hate those invaders and doesn't think Africa and its citizens deserve anything that happen back then.

This author think that if given a chance then Africa might be one of the most prosperous place in the world.

This novel is a representation of all what ifs, regret, fantasy, and wish that I keep inside of me.
