She sighs a little and lays down on the couch completely bored and not being able to sleep whatsoever

After a while everyone else goes back to their rooms and about midnight iida wakes up and heads to the bathrooms. When he's done he goes to check the commons to see her still there.

She's just laying there cuddling a pillow having no idea that he's there at all, she sighs a little feeling really tired but not being able to sleep still

He walked over to her being quiet. He thought she was asleep since the lights where off. He sat down on the edge of the couch and placed a hand gently on her hip. "Mina?" He whispered softly just checking to see of she was asleep

She jumps a little as she didn't hear him come in or sit down and smacks him with the pillow out of instant "oh my gosh Iida!? I'm so sorry I didn't know it was you!"

He chuckles a little, "it's ok, I kind of deserved that. I didn't mean to scare you. Are you ok?" He asked picking up his glasses that had fallen off when she smacked him.

She sits up a little "yeah, I'm okay I guess…just can't sleep" she sighs a little and leans back feeling exhausted "I'm sorry again for hitting you"

He smiled "you don't have to apologize, talk to me, why can't you sleep?" He asked relaxing into the back of the couch

She shrugs a little and leans her head against his shoulder "I don't know really, I'm exhausted but I just can't sleep"

He put his arm around her. "Could there be something stressing you out?" He asked laying his head on hers

She shrugs a little again and kinda curls into his side "hm school I guess?"

"Do you need tutoring? I could offer my skills" he said

She shakes her head a little "oh no no, I wouldn't want to be a bother"

"Its no bother for a fellow classmate"

She smiles a little "thank you, it would be must appreciated"

"Anything else that may be stopping you from falling asleep?"

"Lonely I guess" she just leans against him more

"How come you're surrounded by friends" he said

She shrugs a little "hard to explain and not really important"

"Well I'm here to listen, try your best" he encouraged

"I really don't know how to explain it Iida…I should go to bed now…I kept you up long enough"

"Are you sure? I'd hate to have you go to bed with all this weight on your mind"

"Mhm, I'll be okay…promise….thanks for talking with me, sleep well Iida" she gives him a small smile and starts to head to her dorm

"Alright fine, he said and left for his room after she did. She flops down on her bed and curls up while grabbing a pillow to cuddle with. He goes back to his room and lays down.

She sighs a little and closes her eyes finally starting to fall asleep. He was able to fall back asleep successfully
