Arden Vire Iloia's POV

The four of us were currently sitting at the mango tree while Kai was still wimping.

"Help this kid Loin." I teased.

"What? Why me? Devon handle your son." Loin answered and laugh.

"I'll kill you both, hey kiddo stop crying like a child who lost his candy." Devon said.

Kai stopped and glared at him.

"You won't understand at all this is the first time I've seen master laugh and to all people in that psycho bastard." He answered while gritting his teeth.

Poor kiddo but his right I was also surprise to see Friesse laugh.

"Of course we do but it only means our master was not as bad as we thought." I said but Loin expression was different.

"But his still ruthless as always." Loin answered while shaking his head.

I can't blame him, his been with master longer and that man was indeed a demon.

"Right, I remembered how he tortured one of my knights who offended him, I still can't take that image of him laughing from satisfaction." Devon said.

"Yes! If you actually seen how he scares all the professors in Cross Academy you'll definite expect that he will always be like that." Loin said.

"My favorite part was when he dragged one of his servants with his horse when he tried to sabotage master." Kai said proudly..

I immediately hit him in the head for his idiot thoughts.

"We never said its about our favorite part on master's evilness idiot." I said in irritation.

Man, his getting in my nerves this bastard.

"Right, I just remembered my question for you Arden what made you serve that demon?" Devon asked.

"Its not serving but trusting, Devon." I corrected him.

The truth is Friesse didn't break his promise on finding my mother.

All this time I thought I was abandoned by my mother but the truth is she was working with the Amethia's.

"Your mother is an excellent advisor Arden but having a hold with as excellent as her the king was furious and ordered everyone from your family to be killed. He was threatened that there could be someone else who'll exceed and used it to him." He answered.

Even thou Friesse haven't mention anything I understand what he meant.

"She must be in the tough spot." I said.

"Yes, she is in the tough spot which leads her death."

I didn't expect that she killed herself after knowing her child was killed. The king have told her that I'm dead but the truth is I was saved by the duke.

I wasn't able to know her for I was raised by a servant.

Now, I finally able to meet her but in the peaceful grave yard.

Flashback...

"You must be at peace now mother." I said holding back my tears.

"Crying are only for a weakling but strength comes from dedication. Are you going to stay in that path and end up like her?" Friesse said.

"I won't and I will exceed her talent better and bolder." I said in anger.

"You must've enlightened, I'll leave you here." He said.

"You are to weak mother but I am too however, I will bury this weakness with you for I am going to create justice from your death." I said and left.

I started to study harder and look for the holes regarding about the Amethia's Aces. Gelus was able to show me how the enemy thinks and how to hit an attack.

Books are my weapon but master sent me a sword.

"I learned how to fight from after my own blood was spread in this sword all because of him." I said while showing them the sword that master have sent.

"I will no longer doubt your loyalty towards our master." Devon said and stood up.

"Hold on, thats not fair Devon haven't tell us about himself right?" Kai said while rubbing his head.

Devon smiled and said. "It was a very memorable encounter that you'll be jealous off."

He's really taking it all at Kai.

"Woah I felt curious." Loin said.

"I am more curious with the man earlier." I blurted.

"Oh Stein? He's master's classmate at Roist Dormitory." Loin said.

All of our attention was taken by him.

"This idiot!" Kai said and strangle him with his arm.

"Hey! Cut it off ouch! You didn't ask!" Loin shouted pulling Kai's arm.

"Spill it off! beanstalk." Devon said.

His been calling him beanstalk for his obsession on beans.

He started explaining everything and regarding about their encounters.

"I can't believe it." Kai said.

"Me neither." Devon added.

I was also speechless master never treated us that way.

"He must be special to him don't you think?" I said.

"Maybe." Loin said.

"Enough with this, I just heard from one of our spies that the Amethia's are forming alliance with the Boars. They are getting bolder and stronger we might have taken time because of the distraction but we haven't gather any supports yet." Devon said starting to get serious.

"I can't give master a full support for my men are only few, the fallen kingdom have caused a lot of loss on us." Loin said looking devastated.

He's right, we might have Sir Devon but it would be good if we have the Elorca's back up. But it would be hard knowing my master's reputation unless-

"Just a second you just told me that Stein was one of the students in Cross academy right? Isn't he a noble?" I asked.

Loin's face suddenly lightened.

"This reminds me of Sarem and yes he is, but I forgot what his rank only Sarem's identity was known." He exclaimed with hope.

"Sarem? You mean to say Prince Sarem Je Reis of Miraj!" I said.

"Yes, his my best friend why?" Loin asked.

"I guess master's dense attitude is contagious." Kai said shaking his head.

"Lucky for you to have sense right now Kai." Loin said in sarcasm.

"We must tell master regarding about this matter." Devon said.

"I thought about it I'll tell him later when he finally recovers. Kai how did your plan goes?" I asked.

I'm referring to his special alliance, he told me that he met some good friends at the Dessert of Torah.

"They are waiting for my signal." Kai said.

"Does gelus sent a letter yet?" Loin asked.

"Yeah, master has it already." I answered.

"We'll wait for his instruction then I guess the plan was going smoothly." Devon said.

I hope that nothing bad will happen.

Sarem Je Reis POV

I've been on the verge of death earlier.

"Someone must been talking about me." I said.

I notice Gelus being silent while holding the letters.

"Hey-"

"We are so dead." He said.

Wait what?

I grabbed and saw the letter stated.

"Die."

I gulped as the shivers run through my spine.

Even tho his not around I can clearly see his face saying that one word.

"Why don't you try to let me go?" I suggested.

I really need to stay away from this brother of his.

"There is a letter sent for you." He said like he didn't hear anything.

Confusion was written in my face as I accepted the letter.

It was from Stein.

"You idiot what did you do again? Friesse has been taking it all out of me. Don't ever think about on running away or else."

"Nice advice Stein." I thought.

He only made me feel worse its been a week already and all my actions were monitored by Angelica.

I decided to roam around the rooms as I got bored on sitting and eating.

My country will currently be chaos right now for their crown prince was kidnapped.

I also have a lot of work piled up, now that I heard one of our partnered country betrayed us.

They are really pulling some strengths out.

As I was busy thinking what to do next my feet had brought me to a small red door in the dark corners.

"This must be a basement I guess?" I said and tried to open it.

The room was so dark that no light could be seen I tried touching the side and felt a match box.

I lighted the candle beside and so are the others until.

"What is this." I said looking serious.

A large table was in the center filled with the kingdoms flags.

There are small pieces on it that I don't understand at first but then I noticed the dark pebbles was drop near the mountain.

"It can't be." I mumbled as I slowly realized what is all of this.

The attack, the betrayal of boars and the other countries chaos.

This caused a lot of misunderstandings from the other kingdoms.

"How did you found this place." A familiar voice said.

"So its you." I said.

"Yes." He answered.

A lot of my men where killed as we also trusted the boars in this base.

It ended up we were tricked by the Amethians and Gelus used it as a way to exploit their agendas.

"You tried to attack and let the suspicion passed at us now the Amethians must be planning on wiping us out any minute because of that movement." I said.

"You are right because everything is according to the plan." He answered.

"I never thought you are more foolish than your brother yet you have hidden your true self." I said in a cold voice.

This leads a sudden decision without regarding me in the plan. My kingdom will be committing a mistake as a sign of rebel to Amethians.

"Is that why you are hiding me here." I added.

He didn't replied and showed me a smile.

Before I could do something, someone hit me in the back made me feel unconscious.

Gelus La Verdi's POV

I was currently looking at the unconscious Sarem.

What I did was just right this is just the beginning of our plan Sarem.

No matter what we do everyone will be dragged innocent or not.

"I do hope you'll forgive me someday." I whispered and signed Angelina.

"Head to the East Side of Bore and wiped them all out." I said.

"Yes young master." Angelina answered and left.

Next, would be the North Baren the perfect shape of wiping the resources my diamond attack.

The Amethians would be triggered with this and even my beloved older brother will start to get suspicious.

"Thats right Aleck try to remember me while I haunt you in your dreams." I mumbled and drop the black pebbles in the East.

I thought everything was according to plan this man could have been useful.

I planned it from the start the moment he stepped inside the shop.

"What's the point on trying to be good I know your real side, you are worser than Friesse." He said.

Everything was my plan my brother have no idea at all.

No wonder he end up being killed by his own sons for he is stupid.

"Its hilarious I'm a man now, but still I'm not worth it to be the heir." I said and laughed so hard.

They belittled me too much now I'll show them what is the real thing I can do.

I signed the servants to gather my stuffs I could feel a few days my other brother would be furious.

I moved towards Sarem and spoke.

"You are just an innocent pone who was dragged by the demons war poor thing. You shouldn't let your guards down on someone like us." I said and left.

There is no turning back now, I already accepted the consequence three days is enough.

I arrived at our hidden base where some of my men are all prepared.

While my brother was away I tried as much as possible to gather the Troops of fallen Ivy.

They were convince of the power that I offered for them.

The Ivy's are one of the kingdom that have been wiped out by the Amethians when Atherus was leading the war.

They hated them to the core and gathered the other fallen kingdoms men.

I was in luck to gather all of the puzzle piece for my plan and now they are officially prepared.

"Your highness everyone is on their post." Lire said.

"Angelina was now leading at the east tell the others to surprise the west." I said.

The next day Angelina came and handed the head of the East Bore's Leader.

"You never failed me Angelina." I said and caress her face.

"I'm glad to make you satisfied." She answered and kissed my hand.

Humans and their needs.

They are too blinded by love and a simple kindness with affection can deceive them easily.

My thoughts are so mess up that I can't sleep properly. I suddenly feel different like my energy was suddenly drained.

"Just because I can't walk it doesn't mean I can't ride." I replied in a hard tone.

We proceed to attack the first Village in the entrance and burned everything in the way.

"Don't leave anyone alive!" I shouted and slashed everything goes in my way.

I noticed something different when I saw an amethia knight whose signing in the side.

"How did they-"

It was too late for me to realize when a sudden attack of arrows flew in the sky.

"Retreat!"

I manage to dodge every attack but the arrow hits my arm slightly.

"Damn!" I blurted and moved away.

The others are busy fighting the horse knights and melee holders.

"How did they know about where are we heading." I thought.

My plans are perfect and efficient unless-

A familiar aura was seen in the distance I can't forget that person.

Those red eyes with a smirk in his face while shaking his head.

He slowly moves towards me but all I can hear was the burning and sound of swords from my sides.

"Aleck." I blurted.

"You must be surprised Amelia but your diamond strategy have been bailed by my cross." He said.

A cross?

Which means from the beginning he already sets and all in attack group from different direction to spread a wall.

A perfect counter attack!

"Surprised?" He said and laugh.

"Stop acting Aleck you know what is the real deal here and you are lost." I said in sarcasm.

My vision suddenly get blurry but I tried not to be affected.

"My dear Amelia you still use this kind of tricks even thou we're already adults. You can't blame me but to act like its a child's play." He grinned.

"You won't blame your brother do you?" He added.

I gritted my teeth in anger and spoke.

"I am no longer your naive little sister and I only have one brother and Atherus will always be better than you." I said and moved by horse as I take out the paper and throws it.

A large smoke and powdered appeared to help me take some time to leave.

I can no longer proceed knowing he have seen my plan.

I clenched my fist in anger for my efforts have been wasted.

Why? I did everything but still I have no match from the two of them.
