Obsidian Round Table *Spoiler warning*

Allied reports of Obsidian Round Table

Compiled under the request of War plan Black to counter and defeat the rising hegemony of the Empire in Europa

A paramilitary organization, formed on the requests of the Empire war hero, Richard von Leonhart to the general staff of the Empire. On the surface, it would act as a semi-military and research organization, but ultimately, in the end, this was just a rouse behind the curtains.

While in reality, the Obsidian Round Table, grew early as an experimental military branch under the supervision of the general staff until it break-off the chain of command in *redacted* and create rivalry between the main armies in *redacted* effectively, placing Richard as the highest authority in the Empire after the Chancellor himself.

The first high command is mantled to the previous title of major general, Richard Von Leonhart, with second-in-command Alberich Von Burckhardt. Under of them, were reserved various seats of department chiefs that report directly to the first high command, or the second-in-command.

Presumably has been active for years even before its formal creation in 1914 at the outbreak of two-front wars between the Empire, the Francois Republic, and the Norden, although *redacted* *record loss*

The base is located at *redacted*, stretching far from the rural mountains to the nearby natural fjord. The shipyard, factories, farming and civilian district, military bases, and underground complex that span hundred of kilometers dotted upon the most advanced military complex in the world. The base was sustained with almost roughly *redacted* personnel both military and civilians by the end of the year *redacted*.

Their military doctrine was the most unorthodox, being uniting the entire battlefield and warfare elements. Combining the air, the ground, and the sea into a single entity known as the Iron blood with the high command at the top.

Despite their high militarism, and being an authoritarian, the obsidian round table adopted the doctrine known as Chaoskrieg. A doctrine that centered around the elasticity of engagement rules, and the concept of element of chaos that could throw a single well-thought plan into a complete disarray thus granting every, to the lowest rank up to field marshall, to create their own plan and doctrine impromptu to the battlefield, under exception if it could bring the best outcomes or victory. Their motto is alles ist erlaubt, everything is permitted.

Their technology was unusually very advanced, even some stolen secret documents referred to a base on the moon surface, and an orbital device which was only information partially decrypted, still unknown and no proof of its existence.

Iron Blood Uniform was notoriously black, with a red iconic armband. Their basic uniform usually consisted of a gas mask, and modern bulletproof coat and jacket with ceramic plating, and a steel shovel at their hips (often used to bash people's brains out rather than dirt).

The most notable units inside the iron blood:

Wolf brigade, the specialist in psychological and espionage warfare. It is reported, they were far in between, with a report of only 2-3 divisions exist inside the Iron blood. Upon deployment, they would be inserted behind the enemy lines, gathering intelligence, assassinating, sabotaging, harassing the army, to a high-risk straight suicidal operation. If you met a flickering red inside the darkness, a Francois soldier once said, then you may pray to whatever god you worship and beg his forgiveness for you'll soon saw the deepest pit of hell.

Ghost Division, or the first known shock trooper. At the beginning of the war, they were often dropped via stealth planes from the air, creating havoc behind the enemy lines and disappeared before the allied main forces could respond. They were also repeatedly, sometimes participated inside the front along with the Empire's main armies although often accompanied by heavy artillery batteries, armored tanks, mages, and close air support. Some reports indicated that they came and leave the battle with a camouflaged rotor-wing vehicle, or known today as helicopter.

If in the land The Obsidian round table is notoriously known as cowardly bastard that resorted to guerilla warfare. The Iron Blood Armada, the terror and undisputed sovereign of the Atlantica ocean fought with justice and honor, and sometimes admittedly, terror, and subtle deceit. At the beginning of the war, they have consisted of 1 carrier battlefleet, upon the length of the war the number rapidly swelled up to 12 carrier battlefleet in the service of the armada, on answering the threat from the Allied kingdom and Unified states. They rule the waves, and the air, with U-boat lurking beneath, as planes, and mages patrolled above the seas. Their flagship is the first in its class of carrier, the IMS Graf Zeppelin, alongside the battleship, IMS Bismarck upon the insistence of the Emperor to nominate her as the pride of the fleet, considering at the time battleship was known as the symbol of naval power.

The Valkyries corps, the backbone of Iron blood that provides a sense of comfort, and safety to the entire armies. They consist of field medics, doctors and scientists. Iron blood, subjected every it's personnel to train in the art of warfare, each of the medics, could shoot accurately as far as 400m and 200m without a scope, and excel in Close quarter combat. The high-profile's individual inside it was the wife of the High Commander, Richard. Her name was *redacted*. Often regarded as the Brynhildr of Sigurd legend, she was hailed as the genius in the field of medic, and pharmacy revolutionizing the entire sciences of Medicine in the Empire.

And the infamous elite guards of the High command itself, the Longinus Dreizehn Order or known as the Thirteen Holy Knights. They're the left hand of high command, one of the members could rout an entire army away, and turn the bleakest battlefield to the door of victories. In the early war, originally, they were part of the Richard Mages Battalion as a major, although most of the members at the time was either away abroad gathering intelligence, or simply taking longshore leave. Not much is known about them, until to the date.

Individual and detailed Reports are attached behind this document. DO NOTE, that each passage of the reports may need further consideration, and deeper interpretation as the most element, technologies, and intel inside the Obsidian Round Table are still unknown.

Ah, I just tired to explaining thing every chapter, so I decided to compile under a sort of author note here.

Thanks for reading, and please if you can consider a bit of your time to review, and comment, I would greatly appreciate it :)
