Golden Eye Boy

I feared that this may be the end of my life. I've always thought randomly of how I would spend the rest of my life but I've never thought for once that I would spend it running from whatsoever that wants me dead. This is clearly outside the box. Who were those? What was that? First I saw a pointer, next I'm running, what the hell is my life!!

I can't think possibly of stopping. I wasn't a runner, even when I am persuaded to join the school racing club, I've always given a 'no' answer but here I am displaying my gift of running as fast as I could, and worst of it all..IN THE WOODS!

I ran avoiding each trees. It was dark, I couldn't see clearly. Everything was foggy. I stopped to catch my breath for a while. I was far away from home and deep into th forest. I peeped to see if anyone's following me. For a while, I thought I was crazy because literally I was running for nothing. I could see no one at my back or trying to catch me.

'No, I heard the shot, I saw the pointer, I am not crazy, it's all real.'

I postured my face upfront and I sat down hiding at the back of a tree. I was certainly afraid of going back or trying to retrace my steps back to my house. I would put them in danger if I tried going back to the house. Already I have caused havock. Once my aunt notice my absence, and she checked everywhere for me...if I can't be found, she'll wanna kill herself because she cares for me too much. I can't imagine what she would go through if this keeps going on, not to talk of Neil too.

I heard a twig crack from afar. I stood up still now not moving an inch. I held my breath not to make a presence of myself. I couldn't try that much so I slowly release my breath and peeped again. This time, I saw something. I saw people. More like people, they were five in number, their steps were in an awkward sound, their demeanour speaks nothing like human, who are they? I got a glimpse of one of them, I saw it's eyes, it wasn't human eyes. The eyes were red and it has like a wheel circled round it and a round eyeball in it too looking like a camera lens, when I saw the body, I gasp.

It was a robot

They have high sense, I think they sensed that someone was there, one of them was approaching my hide out. My heart beat increased. He was almost near so I made a run for it. It gave a shot which I avoided and it started running running towards me. I was running but this time, my speed were dropping, I was not as fast as before. My races were towards the East part of the woods. I've heard that the end of the woods is a muddy slide fall in which you can't get out of it you found yourself in and I was running towards that. I would prefer to die that way than to be in the hands of these creepy robots. I was almost down there when someone strong dragged me from the path and down to a wood.

"Shhhh" He said.

My mouth was covered with his hands. He was wearing a dark outfit with his hands in dark gloves, his hoods also were dark and a mask was on his face. It only covered his nose and mouth. His eyes were the only visible part and when I saw it, I fretted.....it was him, the golden eye person. I thought he was an imagination, now I feel that all this is an imagination. I closed my eyes trying to see if I can get out of this situation.

"Calm down would you?" He said again. I think with my reaction, I'm making him feel like it's a mistake saving me. I had soany questions in my head but I would wish to ask them not in this situation but when it is done.

The robots began slowing down and checking the woods trying to find me I guess.

"Stay here, don't move' he said in whispers. His voice were amazing, I felt protected anytime I hear his voice.

He brought out a double katana sword and went out to the robots. I sat down on the leaves and covered my ears. I couldn't hear anything but just clashes of his swords on the robots body. I do not far look at that ifbi want to die. I just want this to be over.

He came at my front now, I couldn't hear the robots, everything was silent, except for the crickets and owls. His eyes were golden. It's like am staring at a shadow and all I see are his eyes. The iris of his eyes were golden and the pupil were black but was rounded around with gold. What is he?
