I'm at chap 365 now. At first the story is good and characters is good but..... what a pity MC turn into a idiot from 300+ chap. It seems he never learn from his earlier mistakes. Like that elder from megrez peak (i think his name zhao lin), like when he and li fei searching shangguan yan and almost killed by old fogy just because an a stupid reason, like when he not kill a bad guy in the forest seven sword sect which make his 2 friends one died and the other is losing the leg.... etc etc etc so many stupid thing he did which make his or his friend almost die. He had 3 memories of live but except for cultivation technique and recognize for several things the rest is useless. he only uses knowledge but not experience

in my opinion this novel only worth is the amount of its chapter and its constant updates, the mc and the plot not even worth mentioning. mc likes to suppress his cultivation and pretending to be so mysterious about his cultivation when asked till the most critical moment cuz of "warmth feelings surge into his heart" **** when his friends or family keep urging him to leave and stalling for time. and you know what? it happens all the time be it in the main plot or filler.. well, i dont really suggest you to read this but if you dont have any novel to read or still waiting for your favorite novel to update then this novel is worth to read for its amount of chapter :)
Well, this novel is have a pretty good start , but get boring to more last chapter , some arc getting repetitve and world building is so so , all in all we cant judge novel before its finish , so many novel that start so slow and getting intresting after 200++ chapter or more , like ISSTH and TTNH , so lets hope more what plot will author brought us....
This novel was total messed up with too many repeatative plot. how many sect that MC has joined and destroyed after that? I lost count since chapter 1 until chapter 2847. I even sometimes skipped about 50 chapter because of the repeatative plots. why good story on this website rarely receive updates but trash novel like this got so many updates?? I am seriously dissapointed.
This story is the definition of trash. The protagonist is the world's most unprofessional professional killer/mercenary. First chapter/prologue was fraught with vomit-inducing Chinese patriotism mumbo jumbo. The plot is fairly common but the fight scene is terrible. There is no suspense to the fight it just whoever possesses more mammoths/dragons either from their cultivation lever or weapon or concept win. I don't understand what the points of attack/defensive skill at all since all it seems to be a math problem. It only has 3 star rating on novelupdates which is a more accurate indicator of webfiction quality than this site's ratings. Unpalatable time waster at best.
It's terrible novel. Characters are fucking boring. MC is retarded. Plot is full of holes. Author does his best to prolong story. For example when you get to 1k chapters. Suddenly MC loses everything including his power and memory. Novel starts over again. This novel currently has 3300 raw chapters and it's still ongoing.. It's not worth reading. Because it literally repeats everything. I mean everything. Every single so called martial emperors are desperate to **** MCs wife. Just to make more enemy to MC. Those martial emperors have even stronger martial emperor backing them. This process repeats over 10 times. Just cuz author wants to make enemy for MC and prolong this series even more.. There's nothing interesting past 1k chapters.
idk about the rest of the story but as of right now i can see one painfully obvious pattern. that is if he ever goes to a restaurant for some reason he will meet either some person that asks him to get out because they want that seat or insulted someone he knew, they will underestimate him and ****. And when he beats them up, they try to rely on their family and **** ensues. all in all the story is filled with plot amour and cliches but is good if you just wanna read something because you are bored
Great novel with tons of action and also plenty of things going on constantly so there’s never a boring moment but if you start reading dont every try to pause or the 50ch paywall is gonna get you, which is why I basically quit reading this novel Seriously fix paywall or it’d never be worth catching up to release
What WEAPON SPECIALIST KING? The more the story goes the stupider he gets. Keeps leaving evidence in killing and holes in disguise but praise someone as SMART if he gets caught out that even a 10yr old child can think. And what a stupid goal marker makes the fiance keep getting kidnapped all along the story.
the mc is sooo soooo stupid, idiotic, and just plain stupid to the point of frustration. He doesn't think of how the consequences of his actions might affect his future goals and those around him. it's like he knows that he's an mc of a novel and that as long as he's along the won't end and the character design and development of the people around him is stupid and lacking. overall the story is too cringe at time and sounds like a broken record most of the time. 🤔😡😯🤯😬🤨😒= my feelings.
Would give a zero if I could. Please avoid this book if you can and don't believe the post of the translator in the summary of this novel. It's extremely cliche filled with numerous young masters recycled plots where they just want to rape MC's women, end up getting crippled, which brings in the YM's father, clan, old ancestor, the higher tier associated clan/sect. The women are just there to bring trouble, being too beautiful that everyone just wants to rape them and getting clans wiped out. MC never learns from his mistakes and is always arrogant which gets people close to him killed.
