Conquest of Nidavellir-2

550 BC

Odin on Sleipnir's back watched with satisfaction as the last of dwarves resistance is slowly getting eliminated under his army's continued assault and soon the whole of Nidavellir will be at his command. This was the north stronghold behind which lied the path towards the core of Nidavellir.

The eastern gate was captured by Hela in 5 years as she killed most of the dwarves of the legion of 50 stationed to stop her as they were difficult to kill with an powerful armour and the remaining 10 under Henry chose to retreat to the middle ring behind the eastern gate as they set up ambushes for Einherjar who were sent to loot the riches accumulated by dwarves by Odin. Because of the ambushes, it took 10 years to recover all the riches like gold and other rare resources that dwarves obtained through selling weapons across the universe.

The western gate was demolished by Tyr and his legion of 1000 warriors in 20 years but a quarter of dwarves legion of 50 survived with its prince Eitri as they retreated towards the north stronghold from secret routes only known to dwarves. The riches located within the middle ring behind the western stronghold were recovered in 3 years without the ambushes by dwarves.

In the last 45 years, from the original 2000 asgardian Einherjar that came to nidavellir only 1700 survived while from 200 dwarves warriors only 40 remained for this is the might of Asgard. Each legion of Asgard'a Einherjar has 1000 warriors and Asgard has 5 legions with a tier-5 warrior to lead them of which 3 are defending Asgard's population of 40,000. Nidavellir has 3 three legions in which 2 legions have 50 warriors while the last has 200 warriors. One average dwarve can take in battle 35 tier-3 Asgardians which consist of most Einherjar as only tier 3 and 4 asgardians are qualified to become part of it.

Nidavellir fell to Thanos and his army because most of the warriors were killed by Odin on his conquest and those who remains are non-warriors who are helpless against tier 3 warriors even more so the mad titan Thanos.

Odin watched as his daughter Hela on her steed Fenris 's back led an unstoppable charge towards the enemy line with an army of undead berserkers which consisted of agrardians and dwarves warriors fallen in this battle. He saw her enjoying the deaths of enemies as she conjured swords to kill one dwarve after another since no enemy could stop her. He saw in her the perfect weapon that would serve in his conquest well.

There were a hundred berserkers following her as Hela recked havok , Suddenly she dodged out of instincts with Fenris when an large crater was made on her previous position from where then Mjolnir went flying back towards Henry as he caught it with his one remaining hand and spinned Mjølnir to fly and dodge the dozens of conjured swords sent toward him by Hela. Seeing this made Hela scowl as she didn't give up and still throwed swords in hope of exhausting and eliminating him. A few moments later even Brunhild on her flying steed with a bloodthirsty look on her face as she tried beheading him but was unable to catch upto his speed.

This battle of their continued in a corner of battlefield unhindered as no-one was winning but the war still continued as dwarves were being slowly eliminated as Tyr slowly pushed back Eitri and planned to kill him when his instincts warned him of a threat approaching and he saw the largest dwarve he had ever seen wielding an even larger Warhammer running rampage on the Einherjar as he smashed the hammer on Einherjar taking lives with each swing.

He prepared to confront him and most possibly go to Valhalla for he wasn't its match only to see Odin in his steed for the second time joining the war albeit the first being when they came through Bifrost and one dwarve said Odin to back off which Odin retaliated by killing 10 dwarves instantly as he heard from Einherjar after which Odin didn't participated directly in war. As he saw his king looking down from sky on his steed at the dwarve from with cold blue eyes ,he was filled with awe and motivation along with many Einherjar for their king.

Odin looked into the eyes of the dwarf with eyes full of arrogance as he evaluated the dwarf whose strength surpassed his children and commanders.

Odin acknowledged the opponents strength therefore, he planned to finish the dwarf with a single blow from him as it would be an honour for the dwarf to die in a attack that used a considerable amount of his odinforce as he usually doesn't like to use it.

Odin then channeled considerable amount of odinforce in Gungnir as he used it to fire a powerful energy blast completely obliterating the dwarf midair as it jumped towards him.

Odin then decided to give a helping to Hela and Brunhilde since the battle was going nowhere . He used his powers to stop Henry midair, which gave Brunhilde the chance to behead him. He turned his attention towards the powerful hammer since it made the dwarf's strength greater than tier 5 warrior . He inspected the hammer using his power and found the hammer's potential to be immense so he decided to give it to Hela to wield which Hela happily received for she desired it.

As the remaining dwarves saw their crown prince and commander Vitra dead by Odin's immeasurable powers ,Under Eitri they chose to surrender since they can't even put up a resistance with only 5 dwarve warriors left. As Odin accepted their surrender and told them to lead him towards their king which they agreed.

King Dwane on his throne was regretting even putting up a resistance for they weren't able to make Asgard bleed some heavy loses and there wasn't a death which didn't boosted the Einhergar's morale even further and to top it of they even lost most of their warriors. Hopefully Vitra will give Odin a good fight and might even injure him since he is the protecter of Nidavellir.

As he was dreaming about the battle, he recieved a report of the battle that made him almost kill himself but he stopped as Nidavellir needed a king.
