The new King's priorities
When she saw who it was her brow furrowed before she shifted her gaze to where Qilin San had come from. But as she turned her head she felt a strong presence pass by her. She couldn't see the person as they flashed by. All she saw were electrical sparks engulfed in flames and a shadowy figure.
Before Qilin San hit the ground he steadied himself only to be met by a bent knee flying in his direction before striking his face sending him flying into the broken-down buildings.
Coughing violently he spat out a mouthful of blood before getting up intending to flee and regroup. As he got up he was suddenly met by the tip end of a whip sword with bright red flames the colour of blood.
Sharp cracking noises followed as Ji Yao's whip sword struck Qilin San multiple times. Be it his back, thighs, head, he struck every part of him with that whip sword. Qilin San was hit by Ji Yao till he was attempting to flee by crawling on the ground.
