Issuing New Orders

Weekend 

In a small village with shops for attraction, students could be seen crowding the shops or exploring the village. The village had its own charm and it was the only all-wizarding village in Britain.

Among the crowd, Harry could be seen, sneaking away from the students to a remote area. After reaching the remote place away from prying or curious eyes, he called out a name in a low voice 

"Rook" A pop sound came near him and an aged house elf answered his call.

"Master, how can Rook be of service?" asked Rook with a gesture of slight bow.

"Give me the current progress reports from Max and Eve" Rook snapped his little finger and four flies materialized on Harry's hand.

Harry started going through the files, Rook stood by his side waiting for his master's order. 

Mc POV

As I was going through the files, few plans started to formulate in my mind. 

The business from the muggle world was doing well but had no major growth because of Research and development.

All the funds earned from the muggle have been redirected into Computer, Software, and Smart Phone R&D under my orders. 

Based on the report, it will take another two years to produce a prototype worthy of my attention. 

My company from the Muggle world only operated in Banking, Investment Management, Imports, and Exports till now but the future belongs to Technology, so I decided to invest in R&D toward technology aiming to monopolize that field. 

Within two years, the tech products from my company will change the world as it will be years ahead of my competition with the amount of money, I'm spending on it and will secure my future in the muggle world

With this, I'll be able to get a strong foothold in the muggle world, but in the Magic world, things didn't change much.

Even though my Potion's shop, Pub, and Antique shop are generating profits, it won't be sufficient for the future, especially with my advantage of storyline knowledge gone and things can change at any moment.

Taking the current situation into calculation, the only answer I was able to conclude was to have my own army but it's easier said than done 

I can't ask Eve to gather people and form an army right now, because it will raise many complications. The first would be the funds and legal issues. 

It takes a lot of money to fund and sustain an army and from the legal point of view, it's impossible to gather an army without the Ministry of Magic finding out, because of the next complication which is Loyalty 

Just because a person was hired, doesn't make him loyal to me, so information was bound to leak and reach places I don't want it to go.

Magic contracts can be used but they have many drawbacks.

The last one was skill, not everyone has the ability to fight against others because of the lack of skills. Just gathering normal wizards and creating a new army, doesn't mean it's a strong one.

But all these problems could be solved during the Christmas leave, with the completion of my side projects, the 'Combat Rings' and 'Dark Mark'.

Combat rings are magical artifacts in the form of rings that help the user cast the spell within them without the need for a wand, spell chant, or visualization.

Just a thought from the user can cast the spell from the rings, towards the target of the user's line of sight.

Basically, it allows anyone with magic to cast the spell, with maximum speed and proficiency, even if they have no knowledge about the spell. I am still fine-tuning the formulas, which will be integrated into the ring. 

My second project was inspired by Voldemort's 'Dark Mark', but mine had different functions, and its uses could be considered much more brutal compared to Voldemort's one. 

It was also reaching the final stages and I can complete it during my Christmas leave. I relayed my new orders by writing them on the files. 

For Max, my orders were to reinvest 95% of the earnings back into R&D and the other 5% should be handed to Eve.

For Eve, my orders were to use the funds to make preparations and start finding 22 capable wizards who could be brought under our employment.

It didn't matter if they were good or bad because they would be bound by my Dark Mark, so I didn't have to worry about questioning their loyalty.

These 22 wizards will be divided into two squads of 11 each, with one of them taking the position of squad leader.

Handing back the files with my new orders to Rook, who left with a pop sound, I returned back to the castle and continued to work on my projects. 

My Mind Palace progress was going as predicted and will be completed next year around March. After I get the 'Cloak of Invisibility' from Dumbledore as a Christmas present, I can access the 'Room of Requirements' without any worry about him spying on me.

Till now, I have maintained an image of the perfect student with my friends without getting into any trouble. 

Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick hold me in high regard and even Professor Snape didn't interfere much when Draco spouted lies trying to frame me sometimes, but he stopped after a few tries since no result came out of his actions and started focusing on his friends.

I didn't want my friends to always rely on my help, so I let them handle him their own way unless he did something extreme and, in that case, he would be answering to me.

Back in the common room, I spent some time with my friends by playing some games and relaxing a bit. After some time, we hung out with Hagrid and later held a small group study session with my friends and the day came to an end.

After completing my Sunday Quidditch practice with the Gryffindor team, I spent the rest of my day either working on the 'Combat Rings' or 'Dark Mark'.
