Vivi Versus Rear Admirals Part 1

(For Vivi, I am trying to integrate Crocodile's ability with Gaara's sand techniques. I hope you will enjoy this battle)

"So, my opponent is a little girl. This shouldn't be that difficult, right?" A rear admiral stood in front of Vivi while lazily holding his sword.

"Don't be careless! They aren't ordinary people. They are notorious pirates." Another rear admiral spoke with a serious expression. He was a serious marine with a square jaw and prominent underbite.

"This is my first time facing Rear Admirals. But somehow I am not afraid."

Vivi clenched her fist and took a deep breath.

She wasn't planning on using her devil fruit from the start. She had been training with Liam for a long time and her physical strength had grown significantly.

Unlike Nami, she wasn't a coward and this attitude helped her grow stronger quickly.

"Then, you should be afraid. We are the rear admirals from HQ. My name is Barricade and he is Bufflo." The man with a serious expression introduced himself.

Thud!

Bufflo fell on the ground, only to stand up in rage.

"Idiot, why do you have to give pirates our name?"

"So that they can remember who defeated them and put them inside the prison." Barricade spoke with absolute confidence as he clenched the hilt of his broadsword.

Bufflo stood stunned for a moment and then nodded his head.

"Indeed! She is going to prison so there is no problem about revealing our identity."

"Aren't you too confident?" Vivi couldn't help but get unhappy. She instantly used Shave and appeared behind Bufflo.

Although her speed was fast, Bufflo was able to turn around.

[Iron Body]

Bang!

She kicked him in the chest but it only caused her to feel pain. His Iron Body was extremely strong. Even with her enhanced strength, she wasn't able to break it.

"You can use Shave?" Bufflo narrowed his eyes and instantly pushed his index finger forward.

"My Finger Gun isn't weak."

Vivi snorted and used a Finger Gun.

Bang!

Two fingers collided and released the sound of metal crashing against each other.

Just when Vivi was trying to use Shave to retreat, a figure appeared behind her and swung his leg.

"Damn it! I can't dodge it." Vivi gritted her teeth and her body transformed into sand.

Whoosh!

The flying slash passed through her body, cutting her body in half. But, it was her Sand Body that was cut in half.

It didn't even make her bleed.

"What are you doing, Barricade? I can handle her alone." Bufflo roared from the front.

"The pet and that girl called Nami have already won their battle. If we drag this any further, it will be bad for us and she even has Logia Sand-Sand Fruit." Barricade shouted in shock.

His expression was quite ugly at this moment.

"Isn't that the Devil fruit of previous Warlord Crocodile? After his death, the devil fruit must have been reborn somewhere close to Straw Hat."

"Damn, they got lucky." Bufflo's expression was full of jealousy.

"Bufflo, I won't be able to inflict any damage in this battle. I don't have Haki." Barricade spoke with a serious expression.

"Unlike you, I am from the New World. Although my Haki mastery isn't strong enough, I should be able to deal with her." Bufflo chuckled as he clenched the hilt of his sword.

He was ready to attack with his sword rather than using Rokushiki.

"Although I can't attack, it doesn't mean I am useless." Barricade shouted and swept his leg once more. His leg released a massive flying slash.

Seeing this, Vivi instantly understood Barricade's intention.

"Humph! Do you really think I was planning on relying on my Devil fruit alone?" Vivi snorted as he quickly used Shave to dodge the slash.

She quickly took out a pouch that she had been keeping inside her pocket. It was full of sand. As she took out the sand, the amount of sand just kept increasing.

Since she could turn herself into sand, she could generate sand as well. This does require her to consume her own stamina but with the real sand in her hand, she could decrease this consumption.

Her devil fruit would work perfectly in the desert. Although there is no desert around her, this sand could become her desert.

By exerting her own power into this sand, she could multiply it. After she created more sand, she didn't just send it away.

She created a gourd with the sand.

"This is the first time I am going to use this kind of fighting style to fight an opponent. I need to concentrate. This is my chance to awaken Observation Haki."

She took a deep breath and a massive sand flew out of the gourd.

"Hey, what is she doing? Why is she creating a gourd to store sand? Can't she create sand of her own?" Bufflo asked in confusion.

"Don't know but don't be careless. This must be her own fighting style. We can't be careless in this battle."

Barricade replied. This time, he took his sword and rushed toward Vivi. When he was closing in, the sand suddenly appeared in front of him and blocked him.

Barricade swung his sword and clashed against the wall of sand. Vivi was concentrating her mind on controlling that sand while Barricade was concentrating his power on his sword.

She wasn't closing her eyes but her eyes were only reacting to movement. It was her ears that were trying to feel her surroundings.

This was the best way to train Observation Haki.

It was to hear the movement. If you can't see, then hearing the movement allows you to understand your opponent's next move.

Although it didn't work as she predicted, she did sense a movement nearby.

Bufflo came from the side with his sword coated in Armament Haki. Although it hadn't reached hardening, it was still threatening enough.

[Desert Hand]

Vivi raised her left hand and two massive hands of sand appeared and smashed Bufflo in between.

Crash!

A sharp sword pierced through the hand and the entire structure turned into sand, collapsing on the ground.

On the other hand, Barricade retreated with Shave and launched Moonwalk. He didn't hesitate to run toward Vivi.

Seeing his movement, Vivi smirked and said.

"I know you are trying to get close but that was a stupid move."

"Barricade, look out!"

Bufflo shouted from the ground. When Barricade raised his head, he saw a cloud of sand above him. With the cloud came rain but it wasn't normal rain.

It was raining sandballs.
