Garp, Sengoku and Tsuru

"What is going on? Cut off the signals. We can't let them broadcast this battle."

Sengoku who just received the report about the broadcast roared from his office.

"Fleet Admiral, we tried our battle. Even with our technical experts, we couldn't jam the signals. Unless we destroy every single Transponder Snails and monitor, we can't stop this Broadcast."

The marine soldier reported.

"Then, contact Vegapunk! If you can't do it, then give this to someone who can. Damn it!"

Sengoku smashed his table.

"Bwahaha! What's going on, Sengoku? Why are you so angry?"

A burst of laughter came from the door as Garp walked in.

"Garp, you bastard! Why are you here now?" Sengoku roared.

"Haha! Isn't it to watch my grandson fight? I even brought the snack and tea."

Garp laughed as he showed a back of Senban and cattle of tea.

"Bring out those cups! Let's enjoy this battle. Anyway, you can't interfere anymore."

Garp walked next to the sofa and sat down. Tsuru was sitting next to him.

"Tsuru, here take some Senban!"

"Are you really in the mood to eat? Your grandson is facing an Admiral right now."

Tsuru stared at Garp and asked.

"Bwahaha! Isn't that awesome? My grandson can fight an admiral. Look! He punched Kizaru in the face."

Garp said while pointing his finger at the broadcast. On the screen, Luffy used his Gear Third to punch Kizaru in the face but Kizaru quickly managed to attack Luffy with his lasers as well.

"Garp, your grandson is becoming more and more threat to the world government. Even if they did win this battle, the World Government won't let your grandson live." Sengoku solemnly spoke.

Hearing his words, Garp got silent for a moment.

"You know, I always tried to make my grandson a marine. But, he never listens to me. He has his dream and his path."

"I was worried that he might be too weak to face the threats coming his path but now, I am no longer worried."

"Sengoku, look! He is my grandson. He is facing Kizaru and fighting him without backing down. That's my grandson."

When he said that last sentence, Garp's expression was filled with pride.

Hearing his words, Sengoku and Tsuru were stunned for a moment. Only after realizing what he meant, did they release a deep sigh.

"Your grandson is causing a lot of trouble for the Marines." Sengoku sighed and walked toward Garp. He sits next to Garp and takes his Senban.

"If he wins this battle, he might be able to change this world but this change will bring a lot of bloodshed. Garp, I know your character and I am willing to believe in the character of your grandson as well."

"But, this change will take the life of a lot of people, a lot of marines."

Hearing his words, Garp got silent for a moment. He knew that the change always brings bloodshed.

"We are old. Whether he can change the world or not, let's just watch it from afar." Tsuru spoke with a deep voice and finally took a sip of tea.

Three of them suddenly puke out the tea when they saw the attack.

"Bastard Garp, how dare you teach a pirate your famous attack?" Sengoku grabbed Garp by his collar and shouted.

"Sengoku, I don't even know this guy. How can I teach him something when I don't even know him?" Garp shouted angrily.

"Aokiji told me that he once used a perfect version of this attack using Conqueror's Coating. That was done with the help of his devil fruit boost."

"Right now, he is not using Conqueror Coating. He is releasing his Haki outside. That means he has officially reached Advance Forms of Armament Haki."

Garp explained while eating ban.

"Not only him, but your grandson has also reached advanced forms of Observation Haki and Armament Haki. Otherwise, his attack wouldn't have caused any damage to Kizaru."

Sengoku's sharp eyes caught a glimpse of Luffy's attack and immediately noticed his powers.

His forehead began to crack as he shouted.

"Garp, it's your fault. Your grandson was barely using Haki a few weeks ago and now he has perfectly mastered it. How could you let him become a pirate?"

"Bwahahaha! I can't control that kid." Garp simply burst into laughter.

On the other hand, Tsuru spoke.

"But no matter how much of a genius he might be, it is impossible to make his Haki so much stronger. Learning Advance Form might be linked with his talent but the amount of Haki that he is constantly using is completely different from the report."

"They must have found a way to increase their strength or Haki amount."

Hearing her words, Garp and Sengoku suddenly turned silent as Sengoku asked.

"Do you think he is under the influence of Liam's devil fruit?"

Garp shook his head and said.

"Aokiji told me a little bit about his devil fruit. This kid's devil fruit shouldn't be able to increase their strength right now."

"Otherwise, why do you think they are not using Conqueror Coating? And, Luffy is not using his Gear Fourth either. I believe they must have found a way to increase their strength, maybe medicine?"

"Impossible! No medicine can increase their strength like this. And, even if there are, they shouldn't be foolish enough to risk their lives with some mere medicines."

Tsuru instantly shook her head and rejected this idea.

"Look at these videos. What do you think they are trying to tell us?"

Sengoku deeply stared at the video and said.

"If they do manage to win, the entire world will take them as the Fifth Emperor of the Sea. I think they are trying to establish their authority and power."

Tsuru nodded her head and said.

"So, they possibly can't be reckless enough to use forbidden medicine. Garp, you should know about Physical Limits, right?"

Garp nodded his head and said.

"We humans are weaker than giants, demons, and even many other other races in terms of physical strength. We can grow stronger but it is impossible to surpass them in strength alone."

"That is the Physical Limit of a human. This kind of limit can only be broken through two methods. First is natural talent like Linlin and second is Haki."

"Just like how a black blade is stronger than most swords, a human can also grow stronger than other humans through constant tempering of Armament Haki."

"I can use my fist to crack down a mountain because I have trained my Armament Haki Fist to an absolute limit but even so, there is a limit to how much I can grow."

Hearing his words, Tsuru said.

"Then, think about your grandson Garp. You said he hadn't touched Haki until he left the island. And, when he fought against Yamakaji, his Haki would constantly run out."

"But just after a few minutes of recovery, he was able to fight with full power. This kind of recovery isn't just the result of his devil fruit but also his physical strength."

"Since he couldn't practice Haki, all that progress he could've made was stagnant for a long time. And, through some method, his crew managed to bring out all that stagnant progress."

"We don't know how he did that but we can see it didn't just work for Luffy. It must be either a medicine or a certain technique. We do not know. But we can be sure that he must have released Luffy's full potential."

Hearing her words, Garp thought for a moment and nodded.

"This must be the reason. Luffy, that brat has always been training but I never taught him Marine Six Styles or Haki, so his progress must have been stagnant for a long time."

Sengoku gave him a deep stare and sighed.

"This is getting more and more troublesome. With the fruit that he had eaten and your talent, he will become the Greatest Threat to the World Government."

"Garp, I am afraid there will be a lot of bloodshed. With change and revolution, people blood's follow and most of them are innocent and pure-hearted people who fight for justice."

Hearing his words, Garp opened his mouth but a word didn't come out of his mouth.

What he can say? His son was the leader of the Revolutionary Army and his grandson became the Greatest Threat to the World Government.

There was nothing more to say.

"I don't think it's that simple." Tsuru spoke.

Sengoku and Garp gave her a strange look as she spoke.

"Although I have not met him, I know a lot about him through my conversations with Smoker, Aokiji, Yamakaji, and others who know him."

"I have a feeling that he is trying to defy the world government but he chose a different route than Revolutionary."

She took a deep breath and stared at the screen.

"I have a feeling that Marine would need to make the biggest choice from its existence."
