Charles family (POV)

Mary said to her daughter "Mr William and his son Victor seems to be from the noble family. I can see that from William way of speech. This ship we are travelling is also by his company from what I heard from the sailors".

Rose replied "I also think so, Mr William seems to be the owner of the biggest company in Meng country called Trident. That is a multinational company from my knowledge. That company even manufacture weapons and warships in Meng country. Maybe Mr William will be a good connection for father business".

Anna said "But Mr Victor seems to be a rude person. He does not even smile when he introduced himself. Earlier also he was doing the same."

Mary hearing this said "Don't say this, maybe he is a lonely child. As I heard from Mr. William speech Victor seems to have no father or mother. Mr. William is guardian and father to Victor. Victor from his birth is a person who only speaks when it is only necessary to do so. He also seems to be shy in front of women. Maybe that the reason".

Rose said, "I don't know but I also think he rarely talks to others. Maybe he avoids talking to women".

Mary replied "Maybe. But Victor also seems to be good gentlemen like William. He is from a good family background but I never saw arrogance in his behaviour. He seems to be more mature for his age. But lonely. He will be a good partner for a woman. Maybe in the future, if it possible I will try to establish the marriage relationship with their family".

Anna said, "I think Mr. William is going to America for expanding his company business". Then, she returned to her room waiting for her husband.

Charles returned after a long conversation with William. Seeing this Mary asked "Dear, how was your conversation with Mr. William?"

Charles who already expected this said "Mr William is the sole owner of the company Trident I went to talk about the new equipment for our textile business. His company is the biggest manufacturing company in the east. They also have a deep connection with the royal family of Meng country for thousands of years. They even own one of the famous building in the Meng named Dracula castle. Which seems to be big tourist attractions due to its modern style used in building 3000 years ago but only imperial family and selected others can visit the castle. William is travelling to America for establishing his companies branch there. They already have branches in Europe and Africa. Trident is one of the companies which has high influence among the nobles in Europe for years due to his heritage and way of business. With William help I got the price lowered for the equipment's buying from them. Their equipment is known for reliability and was famous among industries that's why I came here to buy from them even if it is costlier do so."

Mary said "Dear, do you think establishing a good relationship through marriage with them is good for us."

Charles replied "It is good but it will be hard to do so. Because William is a friendlier person but establishing a relationship through marriage will not be possible. From what I heard from William during the conversation William never got married or had a child. He is taking care of Victor under the order of Victor mother and grandmother. While Victor seems to never interested in or talked about having relationships with a woman. I heard Victor once got thousands of marriage proposals while he was in Meng but he rejected them without a single thought. William who respects Victor's choice never forced him to anything. While it seems the Victor family traditions also not allow him to marry without elder support. It will be also hard for them with this kind of marriage proposal from us suddenly. We can wait in future, if possible, we will propose it. Also, William asked me to apologize to you and my daughters for his behaviour".

Mary replied "What a pity. Victor seems to be a good child and he is a good fit for the eldest daughter who is near the age of marriage".

While Rose and Anna were hearing their conversation with their parents outside the door of the cabin. Anna laughed at Rose while Rose blushed with embarrassment. Then she returned to her cabin with her sister.

While, Victor was standing in the top castle of the ship enjoying the breeze, just like that he started enjoying his normal life. It only took 3 weeks for the ship to reach America, Because of the steam engine ships speed. Although steam engines are already established in Europe they are not widely made now. Williams transport companies already started to produce and used steamships for easier and faster transport like they are travelling.

Victor (POV)

William has established a friendlier relationship with Charles had a good talk before we moved towards the registration counter for immigrants. We easily got the immigration certificate because Trident companies influence in America and William as the sole owner of Trident company. Then, as per my idea, William started to buy land in the southern part of New York, Manhattan, Washington, Boston, and agricultural lands as many as he could with his budget in mind. How could he not know New York will be one of the greatest metro cities in future and these lands will be the jewels for Williams company's future development. But also a place of attracting a lot of attention from Villains. William also planned to buy some unopened lands in the suburbs of the northern part of Manhattan because of their lower price and also because of their wide area.

William decided to build a new home like Dracula castle in the land he is buying in Northern Manhattan. Most of the people who sold the lands William bought in Northern Manhattan were happy because they thought it would be hard to sell their land, but William bought from them with market price.

William bought about 30,000 square feet of unopened land in suburbs for building his new Mansion. Another 200 hectares of forest around the mansion area for future plans. Anyway, Trident company made lot of money in the last 3000 years and this purchase is big sum for William. He wanted to buy more though but he put it for later. Now he started to focus on establishing branch companies, industries and offices for Trident. The main production plant for the Trident is in Meng country but lately it is becoming hard to finish and export all order. The price of the equipment's also increases due to the export and import taxes. Now that he has good reputation and customer base, he decided to establish its branch in New York and other areas. At the same time his new industries can focus on the America and its surrounding countries.
