Chapter - 23 [ #V1.6 : Danmachi : Summoning! ]

Next day morning, the four of them went towards the guild to register. Ash didn't decide who will be his Captain. Although Raven has experience in fighting, he doesn't have any experience in leadership. Orna being first to this world also can't do things like that. And although Flare knows about a lot of things, she too doesn't have any experience in leadership. As for Ais, she is out of the question already. So, for now, his family will not have a captain. Usually, the first member of the familia will be the captain, but he doesn't care to follow that.

He was planning on summoning someone he thinks is very clever, powerful and trustable from another world. But he will do that after a while. For now, he will send a message to them and wait for their decision. If they accept, he will bring them here. If not, he will look for someone else.

Ais, Orna, Flare and Raven left to the guild. After registering, they will be entering the dungeon for the first time. Since Flare knows about the details of dungeon and its dangers, she can help them for the time being.

On the first floor will be some weak goblins, Kobolds. And if they are lucky they will find some Jack bird. On the second floor, they can fight Goblins, Kobolds, and Dungeon Lizards.

He was sure that his familia will wipe the first and second floor easily. But he told them to be on guard and never be arrogant of their strength. He will let them decide how much further they want to go. If they want, they can go to 3,4 or to 10 th level if they are perfectly careful.

"Well, they can take care of themselves. And since I told Orna and the other three to look out for Ais, I don't have to worry about her rampaging. For now, let's wait till 'they' answer me."

With that said, Ash began to walk around the city of Orario....

While Ash was enjoying himself, the message he sent to a specific world passed through the void in a flash.

In a world similar to earth, it was night. In the large but not too luxurious home, there was two people talking each other.

Two of them have similar features. But one was a girl. The girl has silky black hair and blue eyes. There was a crystal like hair ornament in her hair to the side.

Wearing a normal house wear, she brought a cup of tea to the other person, a boy in the house. He had a similar hair, blue emotionless eyes. He wasn't overly handsome, but can be said to be one of the handsome boys in this world. He was typing something in his computer.

"Onii-sama, here you go."

"Thank you, Miyuki."

"Aren't you working too much, Tatsuya-sama?"

She asked unlike her earlier way of calling him, now she was asking with her identity as his fiancee. Tatsuya turned towards her, and smiled slightly unlike his orginal emotionless face,

"Don't worry, Miyuki."

He was still trying to regain his emotions, so the girl smiled happily and answered,

"No. I know you are doing this for our sake. But that dreams seems to be too far away..."

"May be. But we have to try still."

His name was Shiba Tatsuya and her name is Shiba Miyuki. All though they are siblings, in paper they are cousins which led their families to arrange for their marriage. But both of them wasn't worried about it. Because the girl even though he was her brother loved him romantically. As for the boy, because of a tragic experience in his life, he lost his emotions other than his love for his little sister. Even so, he didn't want anyone else to be her husband.

And after their engagement was announced, their family, friends, and acquaintances all began to loathe them. Now the only person who talk to them is someone with a similar life to Tatsuya.

(A/N : This is a alternate reality of Mohouka Kakou no Rettousei, so this is has a different ending unlike the L/N. In the Main L/N, many of their friends avoided them, but later reconciled. This is done for the sake of this story...!)

He wanted to be strong enough that he will not lose his little sister and now fiancee. She wanted to be strong so that she can stand beside him as his little sister and also in the future, his wife.

Although they have the strength than most, it wasn't still enough. If the whole world joins force against them, although Tatsuya won't die, Miyuki's can't be said to be the same. Each time Miyuki dies, he can recall her. But that would end up making him go rampage and kill everything around them, in the end he will break!

He was planning to make more powerful spells or increase his strength however the way he can. They wanted freedom.

Suddenly, a blue screen appeared in front of both of them. Startled by the sudden appearance, Tatsuya who always scan his surroundings with elemental sight was slightly shocked.

But even with his elemental sight, he couldn't see through this screen. As he was thinking about it, the screen began to type some characters.

[ Hello, Shiba Tatsuya and Shiba Miyuki. I'm called Julene. I'm here to give you an offer. What do you think? ]

Seeing the message, Tatsuya calmed down and asked,

"First answer us. Then we can move to whatever this offer you are speaking."

[ Very well. You can ask me anything. However if it something I can't say, you will have to forget about it. ]

He nodded and asked,

"First, who, no. What are you? I can't see any elements in your body?"

[ First I already gave you my answer first. My name is Julene and if you meant what am I, then you can think of me as an Advanced AI. As for why you can't see through me, because your Elemental sight only allows you to see the microscopic details of a specific realm of beings. ]

Squinting his eyes, Tatsuya asked,

"Then are you saying that you are a God?"

[ No. Gods are nothing before me. Although I'm an AI created by my master, I'm a part of him. Even though he doesn't need my help or existence, he made me to accompany him. And my master is above anything. In other words, I'm second to my master. So gods are dust in my eyes.]

".... Now that explains how you know about my elemental eyes."

[ As expected. You are very good in analytics. ]

"Very well. I'll believe in you for now. Now, what is this offer you are talking about?"

[ My master and I know everything about you, no. Everything about this whole world. So, he decided to help you. ]

"Who is your master?"

[ I can't say that. If you accept the offer, you will see him anyway. If not, there is no need for you to know him. ]

"Please Continue."

[ As I said, my master know about you and your little sister. My master decided to help you. Of course not for free. And you have the right to decide. If you don't accept your memories of this ever happening will be removed and I'll find someone else. ]

Tatsuya nodded his head. He asked,

"What do I need to give this 'master' back?"

[ My master can give you freedom. He can grant you anything. But, the moment you accept, you will be teleported to a different world where my master is. And if you want, you can select it to be a permanent summoning. If it is, you won't come back to this world and all of the memories about you two will be removed from everyone in the world. Its like you two never existed. If you choose temporary, you can return back, but the memories you gained in the new world will be removed. You can have the strength though. Also, as a perk, my master has allowed you to name someone else to take with you. For example if there's someone who yearns freedom like you, then just name them. ]

Tatsuya and Miyuki who heard this information was in deep contemplation. After a while, Tatsuya said,

"Can...we trust you?"

[ My master is very cunning. But he wouldn't play with the life of others who he thinks is important. I think the reason he chose you is because of your terrible past. ]

Tatsuya and Miyuki smiled and nodded their head.

"We will take permanent summoning. Although we had friends, they all left us because of a small problem. And besides we don't have any family that can be said to be close to us. If my Onii-sama can have his freedom, I'm ready."

"Similarly, if I can get stronger and protect Miyuki, then I'm also fine with it."

[ Perfect! Now who do you want to recommend to summon? ]

Tatsuya looked at Miyuki and she said,

"Lina. Ah, Angelina Kudou Shields."

[ I know who Lina is, Miyuki. Don't worry. I guess she was the only person who accepted you two. ]

Miyuki nodded. Then near them, a light flashed and Lina who was wearing her pajama fell to the ground with her butt on the ground.

"What!? Where am I!? I... Miyuki? And Tatsuya? What happened? Why am I here?"

Tatsuya and Miyuki explained things. And of course Lina didn't trust it first. But when she heard Julene, she also believed. Then she also accepted permanent summoning. She didn't dislike her job or burden. But she wanted to know what it means to be free. Especially knowing she doesn't have to worry about those who knows her.

"We three accept."

[ Very well. Then, I'll teleport you three to my master's side. ]

With that, the three people disappeared from the world and everyone who know about them began to forget about them. In this world, Shiba Tatsuya, Shiba Miyuki, And Angelina Kudou Shields doesn't exist!
