Chapter Four

Patricia woke up with a tearstained face and immediately,her thought drifted to her ex lover Micheal who broke her poor heart and left her for her best friend Xim. She rolled away from her tatted mafia mat and went to her cupboard to get a brush. After the cleaning,she decided to go to her mother's room to greet her sick mother.

"Morning to you mama" Patricia greeted. Mrs Apris turned her head to see her daughter and replied smiling in pain"my daughter how are you doing?"

"Am fine mama,I hope you are better"

"Am okay my dear thanks for your concern". Patricia knew her mother was bit okay but pretended to be because of her so she decided to overlook it.

"Mama I'm going out again to look for work this morning and I will be back soon. But in case I'm not early,your food is in the cupboard and your drugs are beside it"

"No problem my dear,success"

Before Patricia went out,she went to her room and sat on her bed. She picked up her phone and went to her social media and saw the flyer of her best friend Xim and her Ex lover Micheal who we're getting married the next day, she was so sour and almost choked on her tears then she burst into a loud tears and her heart longed for her best friend Richard who would have pulled her into a warm hug if he were to be there.

Too much thinking made her sleep and her plan of going to search for a job was ruined. She was conforted later on by Richard who came to relief her of the pains that Xim and Michael caused for her.
