CHAPTER 7 : DINNER??

Blossom and George were standing near car while Liam and Thomas were bickering over small matter.

"I always like the attention people gave us." Liam said being cocky. He always love to show off. Thomas smacked his head and said "What a big head? William is surely your brother." He walked pass him while George and Blossom laughed at Liam's epic reaction. "You are such a stone hearted man." Liam said while being annoyed. He ran to Thomas leaving Blossom and George alone.

Both of them were laughing when Blossom said "Are they really like that?" George answered "Most of the time." " I wonder if Adrick is the same?" Blossom said on which George started to laugh. "Never in million year I see him like that, be grateful he is even smiling at you. I never saw such things." George said while laughing. Blossom eyes widened as she never thought that Adrick is such a serious person because when she first met him she thought that he was a goofy person. She said with a great shock "Are you for real because the person I met was totally different." George nodded on her statement and said "That's why we were so shocked when we saw him act like that toward you." Both of them were talking to each other when suddenly George's phone buzzed. He saw the caller I'd and excused himself for second. After some minutes he came back and said "Blossom you will go in that car. Adrick is waiting for you." He said while pointing toward a car. Blossom became confused and asked" But where am I going? I thought we were heading back to home." George smiled and shook his head "No only we are going to home. You are going in another car and you will soon find out where are you going."

BLOSSOM POV

George told me that I am going in another car and Adrick is waiting for me. That's how I ended up here in this car. Soon my thoughts came to halt when the car stooped. I looked out of the window and my body got stiff. There is a big luxurious restaurant infront of me. I stepped out of the car and went inside the restaurant. I never visited such a high level restaurant in my whole life. I was admiring the infrastructure of this restaurant when suddenly a person approached me. He was wearing a nice suit and from his appearance it's clear that he is the manager of this five star restaurant. He came toward me and said "Mam please this way. Mr. Adrick is waiting for you." He started walking toward a personal room where others are not allowed. I also started to follow him. He stopped infront of the VIP area or room and opened it for me. I entered inside the room and found Adrick sitting their on one of the chair. When he saw me he immediately stand up while the manager left from there. He has a bouquet in his hand. He approached me and give me that bouquet. The flowers were really pretty. My lips instantly cracked a smile as I see those beautiful flowers.

" Blossom? Are you okey?" Adrick asked me with a small smile. "Yeah, I'm fine." I answered. It was silent when a waiter approached us with food. What The Hell!! I never ordered the food? confusion is clearly written on my face. "Eat, I ordered this food for you." Adrick said. The yummy food is right infront of me this made my mouth watered. But wait a minute How he got to know that what I was thinking? Is by any chance He was reading my mind? I looked toward Adrick with confusion written on my face. He laughed a little and said "Your face is like a open book for me." Okey Now this was Embarrassing. My face got red and I unconsciously pouted. After some minutes of silence, I asked him "Why are you doing this?" He raised his brows with confusion. I continued "You told Aera to get all things I needed from such luxurious shops and now dinner in this high class fancy restaurant. What's this all about?" I asked him as I wanted to know his motive. I again said "And one more thing. Did you threaten Aera? She was so scared?" Adrick looked toward me before saying "First of all No I didn't threaten her and Second I want to apologize for my behaviour this morning and also I owe you with my life." That was insane. I said "This is not how you apologize." I stood up picked the bouquet and started going out of the room.

"Adrick this isn't you! Why are you being soft?" Adrick thought and slammed his hand on the table. He stood up and started going toward Blossom with big steps.

I can hear his footsteps jogging toward her. Suddenly a hand gripped my arm making her turn around. "Do you want this?" He asked me. This made me furious what does he take me for? I asked him "Want What? Adrick? tell me? Do I look like one of those girls who got pleased from these expensive gifts? If you think so then Sorry, You are absolutely wrong." I jerked my arm back.

Blossom started to walk away from him and he is getting frustrated when he thought of something. "Arghhh!!!!" Adrick dropped on his knees holding his chest. Blossom immediately looked back and saw him in this state. She dropped the bouquet and went toward him. "Adrick, What happened? Please try to breath" Her eyes got teary. She stood up and was about to leave the room to find help when suddenly Adrick hugged her. Her head was resting on his chest. It's like a magical moment. Both of them stayed in each other embrace for good seconds. Blossom can hear his fast heart beats.

" You might be angry with me, But you are a kind person and you are always something you are." Adrick thought and smiled softly seeing her in his embrace. "Blossom, I'm really really sorry." Adrick said and continued " I didn't want to force you. It's just I don't know how to show gratitude. How to control my anger." He said while looking down with so much guilt in his eyes.

"Just apologize Adrick. It's doesn't need to be always money and stuff. Just be sincere and we are okey." I said with a smile and give him a hug. Adrick also hugged her and thought "You are so different Blossom, You have an absolute golden heart. Thankyou for coming in my life." He slowly looked down smiling softly. But suddenly Blossom started to hit him. She was punching his chest with her soft hands. " Hey Blossom? What happened?" Adrick asked while holding her hands. "What happened? Adrick Why you did that." Adrick chuckled but quickly became tensed after hearing Blossom's sniffing. "Why are you crying? Please don't cry. Look I'm sorry." He said while holding his ears. He never did these things for anyone and that's why he was embarassed but he can do anything to make her stop crying. "You scared me?" She said while wiping her tears. Adrick knew that she was sincerely worried for him. He hugged her and said "You were not listening to me that's why I did that. I'm sorry." Blossom nodded while wiping her tears. After sometime, They left the place and went back.

I was sitting alone in the rooftop while sipping my coffee and thinking about Adrick. It's been some days after that dinner incident.. I was feeling weird things lately whenever I met him. I blushed always whenever he complimented me. I always like to spend my time with him. I think I'm falling for him. But,What am I thinking? He is engaged. I can't feel like this for him. Why God? Why? I whined. I was busy in my thoughts that someone was sitting beside me. He cleared his throat. I turned around and found Adrick. I got startled and was about to fall from the couch but he held my hand and pulled me toward him. We were inches away from each other. I can feel his warm breath. I was busy staring at him. He was looking so handsome. but suddenly I snapped out of my thoughts and sat down properly. My face got red due to shyness and embarrassment. This all happened in slow motion. It's like a movie scene where hero saves heroine from falling and they kissed. But what am I thinking? This hero belongs to someone else. I have to control my feeling. I cleared my throat and looked toward him. I gave him a small smile which he returned.

There was an awkward silence between them. I decided to break this silence so I said " All ready to go?" " Yeah, I'm going to meet my parents." He said with a scowl on his face. i sensed the change in his mood and asked "What happened? Is everything alright?" He smiled and said " Yeah , everything is alright." I softly smiled and said " We are friends Adrick. You can always tell me anything." Adrick sighed frustratedly and said " My parents fixed my marriage. That too without telling me." I frowned "You don't love her?" Adrick scoffed and said "I rather kill her, She is so annoying." I chuckled at his statement. " To be honest,I met her yesterday." I said in a serious tone. Adrick's eyes widened as he said "She came here? She didn't did anything right?Why didn't you tell me this before?" He said. His eyes became red. I can see he was so angry. But Why? " Hey, I'm alright and she just warned me to stay away from you. And for your other question, yesterday many things happened. It slipped out of my mind." He clenched his fist and gritted his teeth. His eyes were red and he was looking scary. "I want to kill her, How dare she warned her to stay away from me?" Adrick thought. He immediately closed his eyes and take a deep breath as he doesn't want to scare Blossom. He stood up and left after saying goodbye to her.

I was dumbfounded. He suddenly stood up and went away after saying a goodbye. I sat there and went downstairs after sometime.

Adrick was going out of his mansion. When suddenly George came infront of him and said "Adrick,I want to ask you something." Adrick looked toward him and said "I'm not in mood right now.We will talk about it later." He was about to go but George said something which made him angry even more. George said "Blossom didn't know that you are are a Mafia boss, right?" Adrick looked toward him with mixed emotions in his eyes. Now George is 100% sure that she didn't know about their original profession. He continued "Adrick, You have to tell her. I know you like her. I can see that in your eyes. But remember one thing No relationship can ever be built on the basis of lies." Adrick massaged his tample and said "Do you think, I want to lie to her? No , I never want to lie on the first place. But she hate our type." George frowned. He placed his hand on Adrick's shoulder and said " I know that It's hard but we all know that truth never hides, it always comes out. If she comes to know this truth from someone else, then she will feel that we have cheated her." Adrick nodded and went away from there.

"I never want to see her tears. I don't know why but whenever I saw her tears it made me impatient. I know that I'm in love with her but what can I do? I never feel such helplessness in my entire life. George was right I have to tell her everything. I can't afford to loose her just because of some stupid misunderstandings. But before that I have to do something about this engagement and this Sarah." Adrick said to himself and went away.
