A few minutes later, Dante looks at her in complete shock. Drops down to his knees and starts crying happily. She smiles "Rose did something for me that I'm thankful for" Dante gets up and hugs her as he says "You know I've been waiting to do something and I feel like it's the right time now." He then drops down on one knee and pulls out a small black box and opens it. Renesmae sees a golden band with a diamond rock as Dante asks "Renesmae Huxley, I've loved you for a very long time now, so I was wondering. Will you marry me and be Renesmae Oisin?" She smiles "Yes". They both hug each other as he puts the ring on her finger. Renesmae and Dante cuddled up to each other outside. While inside the house, Winter was sleeping still. Aaron and Rose were up in their bed. Jade was walking around the house, He heard what Dante asked of Renesmae. He couldn't believe she said yes. Anger filled his body as he walked around the house. "Oliva is gone, Winter is a damn kid and now Renesmae is engaged to Dante. Fuck, I thought I could find someone good for me but I guess not." He looks at a picture hanging on the wall with him and Winter in it. "How come I didn't care for her back then? What is wrong with me?" he says as he walks out of the house into the woods. "It's time to bring them back," Dante notices that Jade walked out in anger. He gets curious but doesn't do anything and stays with Renesmae. They both go inside and into their room. They both lay down and start cuddling as they fall asleep. Renesmae passed out, and Aaron and, Rose were all asleep. Jade walks back to the house and sits on the dock "How am I going to do this?" Dante notices Renesmae falls asleep. He then walks downstairs and sees Jade sitting on the dock. Dante goes out there and asks him "Hey Jade. You doing all right?" Jade turns and looks up at Dante then back at the water. "Yeah, I'm great..." He says as he looks back at the water. Dante says "What's going on man? Is it that Winter is a baby now? Yeah, I get that. Losing the person you love sucks but you do have a chance to get them back. Eventually. I mean if it helps I could try to help you out with whatever problem it is. But if it is Winter I can't help with that and Aaron and Rose won't let you, bro." Jade looks up at him "No, I will be fine" "All right if you say so. Oh, and I know what was going on. That wasn't Renesmae when you thought you had something going on. It was Hunter." Dante said as he walked back inside and into bed with Renesmae. Jade looks back at him "If only you knew she married you to avoid her other marriage," he says under his breath. Dante hears what Jade says. He reaches for Ebony but stops himself knowing Jade is a friend of Renesmae. He then lays in bed thinking in anger. He couldn't sleep all night knowing what Jade had said. Aaron wakes up early and Rose does too. They both go outside to wake Jade up and bring him inside. Renesmae wakes up and plays on her phone until Dante wakes up. Dante notices she's awake and tells her "Why did someone tell me that you're marrying me just to get out of your other marriage?" She rolls over and looks at him "Who told you that babe?" "Last night before we went to bed Jade left the house in anger. He came back while you were sleeping and I wanted to ask what was wrong. We talked about things and when I went inside he mumbled something saying "If I only knew you were marrying me to avoid your other marriage." Who else is there, I am one click away from blowing out Jade's brains with my guns." Dante said as he lays on his back staring at the ceiling. Renesmae gets on top of him and looks him in his eyes "You know I love you, I didn't want to marry Zach. So I left my home town and found you. I'm happy with you" Dante then smirks, wraps his arms around her waist and pulls her in, and says "So you do want to marry me?" She kisses his cheek "If I didn't then why am I engaged to you?" she says. Dante then says "In that case, I'm talking to Jade about it today and I have something set up for us today." Renesmae smiles and kisses his lips before getting up off him. Jade talks to Aaron about what's going on. Dante goes downstairs but has his guns on him in case Jade tries doing anything. He sees Jade and Aaron talking and asks Jade "When you two are done talking, do you mind if we have a word outside?" Jade looks at him "Yeah, I guess so" Jade keeps talking to Aaron for around 10 minutes before he walks outside to Dante. Dante sees Jade walk out and pulls him into limbo. As he does Dante says "Don't even try to escape, your powers won't work here. Now tell me why the fuck did you say that last night?" he grabs Jade by the neck, lifting him up as Dante flies. Jade turns into a ghost and floats around him "Because I can not only that but you needed to know" Dante then uses his claw to grab Jade in his ghost form, then pulls out rebellion and points it at Jade's head as he says "Why the fuck did you tell me that? Who the fuck is Zach? And why is Renesmae being odd about me asking her about it?" Jade looks at him "Why do you think she is being weird about it? Do you ever think maybe she didn't want you to know? Or know how to close me and Nessie got? No you wouldn't know because she is scared of you!" "LIAR!" Dante yells as he turns red and white again. "Why would I lie about that?, I only want what's best for Nessie!" Jade says trying not to be an ass about it. Dante gets angrier by the moment, "Why would you dare even talk about things like that huh?!" Jade growls and turns ghost and makes everything stop. In the dark, he says "She doesn't want to be with you!" Not another word comes from the darkness and Dante leaves for his demon realm. Leaving Renesmae alone at their home. Jade walks onto the front porch to see Aaron reading an old book. "What you go there?" He asks as he looks at Aaron. He looks up at Jade. "Well this book was how I found out who Zack and Rose really were. It talks about possible demons and hybrids." He closes the book and closes his eyes "So you made Dante leave?" Jade nods "He isn't right for Nessie" Aaron looks up at him "How do you know that Jade?" He sits down on the porch steps. "The way he treats her isn't how you should treat a girl, He so disrespectful that it's not even funny" Aaron nods and looks up at the roof "Sometimes we have different ways to treat people than from how others treat them, Jade." he growls "He still shouldn't treat her that way!" He stands up and punches the beam on the porch. Aaron stands up and grabs him "Jade stop before it gets ugly" Jade turns around and looks at him. "Aaron listen, I love Renesmae so much and want what's best for her." Aaron stares off into the sky. "Jade, I know this is what you want but is this what she wants?" He sits down "I don't know Aaron, I hope it is though." Aaron scoffs "So, you don't know but you decide to mess up her life?"
