Chapter 12: Oops!! Jealous.

It's been three days now, and Drake and Ashlyn hadn't had a talk. The girls thought of a way to make them have a conversation.

They were at the Cafeteria again, just then Paisley whispered something to Mae, and just like that it went to all the girls at the table except for Ashlyn.

What was going on? Lyn thought as she saw the smiles on their face.

Before she could say a word, Lauren did. Here they come. She whispered as she kept her cool, and turned to her apples. She held them and took a bite from it.

Immediately the guys came to their partners, they whispered something in their ears and Drake could wonder why they weren't included in the Gossip.

Drake's guys went over to the next table with the girls, and Lauren was left.

She quickly came to Drake and pulled him to sit in front on Lyn.

Ashlyn upon seeing him in front of her made her choke. She coughed and a hand handed her water, she stared at the hands as she noticed it as Drake's..

she hesitatedly lifted it up to her lips, as she sipped from it.

Mm.. I'll leave you two, Lauren walked as Lyn gave her that deadly glare that says 'I'll deal with you later'

Before she left to her table she gave Lyn thumbs up with both her thumbs.

What was wrong with this girl? Lyn thought as she was nervous as ever, looking into Drakes eyes.

She immediately averted her gaze. As she looked down to her drink as she played with the straws. She stirred it as though she stirred a food in a pot.

They both stayed silent for a while , but it was Awkward sitting silent.

Hi, I'm. Drake and Lyn said at once.

Just then their eyes met, they immediately smiled at each other.

Okay, that was a funny start, Drake said showing off his perfect set of white teeth.

I'm Drake, he smiled.

I'm Ashlyn, but you could call me Lyn. She smiled back. She didn't know why she smiled, she only did that cause it wouldn't look nice if Drake smiled and she didn't smile back.

You're new here.. he paused and Lyn nodded.

You already made friends.. he looked fine at his food.

Yes, they are really good girls, I think I'll get along just fine. It's just that being a Newbie is kind of annoying. Her faced changed.

Hey, sorry about what happened earlier today, Bob just loves welcoming Newbies that way.. he smiled.

That was a rude way to welcome a person. She frowned.

Let's not talk about that,.. he paused.

We could be friends if you don't mind. He was now looking straight at her. OMG! She wanted to melt, he was so hot, Lyn tried as much as possible not to lose her cool, Of course she was a pretty girl too, so if he wanted to flirt with her.. then he had to be serious about it.

She loved everything about him, from his head to his toes, his lips were so attractive. And she could only feel her cheeks blushed sitting with the School's Heartthrob.

Mm.. can I ask who the Jace guy is? Is he your brother or something? He slowly chewed his fries.

He's my really close friend. We practically grew up together. She added

Ohh, that's okay. So you just moved here? He sipped from a red plastic cup

No, I grew up here, I schooled at Royal Woods, Mom just enrolled me here cause she loves it here. She rolled her eyes away.

Lyn had spaghetti sauce on her face, right corner of her mouth, Drake couldn't ignore it. As he took out a white napkin from his T-shirt.

Mm.. there's sauce.. he stretched with the napkin on her face.

Jace saw that and wanted to burst!, why would he want to clean it off? Why don't he just give her the napkin.

Drake noticed she was uncomfortable with that, he sat and then gave the napkin to her.

Or you could just clean it off . He placed his eyes on the food which was in front of him.

Lyn tried cleaning it off, but she missed a spot. She cleaned and then looked down at the white napkin but she couldn't find any stain.

Drake just watched her, then he stretched his hands. Let me just help. He brought forth his hands as she gave him the napkin.

And he leaned to clean the sauce off her mouth.

Ashlyn could see Jace boil right in front of her.. she knew how jealous Jace could be. But it was just a stain Drake tried to get off and nothing else. Not like he was flirting.

She tried to avoid Jace glares..

The girls turned to her and gave her a thumbs up, Lauren raised a brow at her as she wanted to know how things were going.

Ashlyn blinked slowly and Lauren gave her thumbs up again.

This girl! She'd never change. Her eyes focused on Drake as they went on talking.
