Konoha Academy

The morning was up, the sun shined through the windows of an apartment.

It was Hayabusa Yamihikari sleeping quietly on a futon mattress.

Before he could get any more sleep, a knock was heard from his door

"Uhm~! Someone is here, at least let me sleep more~"

I raised my arms stretching them while I yawned, I then jumped up as I walked to my door while scratching my head,

"-Yawn, I should wear the original ninja outfit that I created not long ago," a random sentence that came out my mouth and thought of making an outfit that never breaks.

I opened the door of my apartment room, seeing two people, the first who I saw was the Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarutobi, he was normally wearing the Hokage uniform.

The second person was Naruto, he was still wearing his orange jacket as usual and his energetic smile,

"Why are guys here?"

I asked a question tiredly as I tried not to yawn as I held the side of my open door, keeping a none-interested expression

"What you don't know? We're going to the academy to apply as Ninja's!"

Naruto was excited, he looked at me as he bounces around in front of my apartment room holding a stupid expression

"Yes, Yamihikari-san, I'm here to help you apply and thought of bringing Naruto, but we met here anyways, so there's no more problem"

I looked at the Hokage "I apologize, I forgot it was today," I brushed my hair back as I looked at the Hokage,

"No worries, we can go since we're not late," He smiled as I did the same.

"I need to take a quick shower," I told them then I ran back in as I took a quick shower, it only took about 2 minutes.

"That was quick,"

Naruto said as I replied,

"It's normal for me," I wore a Ninja outfit that was finely-detailed with a black fabric mouth mask covering my neck as I can pull it up and down with hood covering my beanie while I wore some bandages wrapping around my mouth to nose, forearms and shins while wearing a Wooden Geta with no weapons on me, I haven't thought any yet, perhaps a Kusarigama (Chained-Sickle).

"What's with this new get-up? And what's up with bandages? Do you even need to wear it?!"

Naruto asked in confusement,

"It boosts my battle power as well as my confidence, I think it's cool and it's my favourite suit,"

I answered straightforwardly with a plain expression,

"Well, I think Yamihikari-san feels comfortable wearing it,"

Hokage spoke with a bit of understanding.

I walked out of my room ready to leave,

"Let's go,"

We left as we took off to the Konoha Ninja Academy.

We were already in front of Konoha Academy we walked in as the place was pretty big, I looked around seeing characters all Recruits to be a Shinobi and a Kunoichi from the Narutoverse, some side, background characters that are sometimes relevant in the story, that I don't care of.

When we were walking to school, the Hokage went to the place where the opening ceremony was held to ready his speech, now it's me and Naruto.

"Hiruzen is going to retire as a Hokage soon, and it'll be me as the new Hokage~!"

I looked at Naruto, not surprised since Naruto is fated to become one anyways

"Really? Then I will support you,"

Naruto looked at me surprised

"I thought you're you'd say it's not possible, or are you just being sarcastic,"

I replied, "No really, I believe in you,"

"Now I don't know if you're telling me the truth or not"

I and Naruto walked around as we chatted on our way as we had our laughs.

The opening ceremony started, the Third Hokage started his speech, it was pretty boring, I just meditated all the way through.

A few minutes later, my ears heard no more words as every left to their classes.

"Hey Haya, what do we have first?" Naruto questioned as his hands were relaxing on the back of his head while we walked with the teacher we were assigned with,

"I think we would have handling ninja weapons and tools, let's just follow the rest of our classmates," I said as we walked and followed the teacher, I think his name was Umino, Iruka Umino, a teacher who was close with Naruto in the manga and anime.

"We are here to test your handling with ninja weapons and tools, it doesn't matter if you better or worse than everyone else, it matters that you tried your best!"

Iruka was watchful in everyone's progress, and try his best to help each student, especially Naruto.

Being both big-hearted, and soft-hearted, his a good teacher, with better treatment from everyone, there is always a jealous character, Mizuki.

The first evil shinobi to appear, I think, sometimes my recollection of memories don't serve me accurately since I haven't watched Naruto for a long time now.

"Well, let us begin with shuriken throwing, ten shurikens is the limit you'll throw, students turns are arranged in starting from the first hiragana character vowel!" (Hirigana=Main Japanese Characters and don't trust google translate, I know Japanese and it's almost all wrong)

We only had 35 students within 10 classes, making 350 students in the whole school, we will be here for 4 years, 8 to 12 and well all become Genin as new students are recruited.

"Hayabusa Yamihikari!" Ikura shouted while holding a wooden clipboard

"It's my turn now"

I stretched as I stepped out,

"Another students turn, I wonder what he looks like underneath the suit,"

People murmured in the background as I ignored them all,

"Yamihikari-san have you handled a shuriken before?"

I responded, "Yeah I bought some and trained with them,"

"I see, so it seems you have been preparing" He smiled.

I grabbed ten shurikens as I see a target doll, it was pretty far, I guess thirty meters? This is child's play, well I'm technically a child and- Pft doesn't matter.

I threw all my shurikens, one lands in the centre of the targets head as all the rest lands in all vital parts,

"Amazing! 10/10!" Ikura applauded 'The kid hit all hidden vital parts that even some elite ninja can't easily do, I wonder where he gets this knowledge from,'

"Wow, he's good," "Yeah he got all the targets different parts!"

Everyone mumbled, talking about me, 'Well, I'm already, bored...'
