Weird Inn keeper

The man was in his mod forty with grey hair on his head he was sleeping there with his legs on the table he doesn't notice that someone had enter the inn he remain there with his eyes closed if not for his raising chest feng-yan had thought that he is dead they knock on the table.

the old man open his one eyes and look around when he doesn't find anyone he again closed his eyes when lim saw this she roll her eyes and knock on the table again.

"aiya old man look down" this time he get up from his chair and look down only found three little kids dressup in three different colour clog they were looking very cute in there outfit he raise his eyebrows and spoke.

"hey kiddo are you here alone" he ask them with hint of interest in his voice he was curious about the three little kid infront of him.

"first don't call us kiddo and second you don't need to know just book three room for us" lim never like stranger people talking to her specially these type of old people who portray themself as good people but actually are not good people.

"elder we just want three room and I don't think so it's appropriate for us to talk with stranger" feng-yan know about terrible past of lim when they are in earth lim was sold to some drug dealer as a toy by a old man who had promised her to take her to his house but was tricked.

then she meet her who saved her from the drug dealer and runaway from there since the she don't like old man with fox like eyes that why she was hostile when she saw the old man had fox eyes.

but feng-yan doesn't felt that he possess any ill threat to them he just had curiousty in him so she spoke rather respectively to him the old man felt feng-yan way of talking pleasing so he doesn't mind lim word but he also know he was a stranger and they are kids it's normal for the kid to behave in this way.

He book three room for them and show them there room then he again seat on his chair he had find these three girls interesting that why he had personally show them the room or else he had only told them the direction of the room not bothering to distrub his sleep he once again look at the direction of there room and again close his eyes.

when the night fell down three of them finish there dinner and head inside the room to sleep on the next day they meet in the corridor of the inn where they serve there food they sat down to eat to there surprise the old man whom they had meet yesterday was also seating beside there table talking with some people.

"so did someone find the solution" lim asked them in whisper not letting other people around them to listen there conversation yun and feng-yan shook there head indicating that they had no idea.

"hey kiddos are you heading to east country" weirdly the old man ask them they were startled by the sudden question.

"no we are going to North country" lim replied mockly.

"then kiddo you had came to the wrong place this is border to go east country" he spoke with frown feng-yan chough to hide her laughter while yun smirk but lim brust into laughter.

"old man if we had came here then of course we are going east country everyone here are going to east country" her word little louder which earn laughter from other table the old man turn little sour when he realised that lim was making fun of him he huff in anger and walk away.

"this inn keeper is weird" yun spoke with frown.

"I also found him weird since we had meet him" lim express her distain toward the old man while feng-yan having weird feeling she try to see if he was ordinary man but the people here are not normal people all the people who are eating food here are actually very powerful cultivater while old man strength was not confirmed like he had unlimited power she felt wary from him.

"whatever we should not mess with him his strength is uncertain I'm having feeling that he is someone whom you should not get in bad book" her warning change there facial expressions at first she think they are shock but when she notice that they are not looking at her but at her back.

she press her lips together and a bad promotion come in her heart she trun around her head saw that the old man was standing at her back with his old wrinkled face full smile which look little creepy feng-yan show him a awkward smile and again trun head while cursing her luck.

she glare at her friend like they had betray her when they saw her gaze they start sifting there eyes feeling guilty about it but at the same time they can't be blame cause the old an had came there without making any noise and they also had notice him later.

"kiddo I would love to know why you felt that I'm not someone whom you should not mess with" his face was full of smile she felt her face burning in embarrassment she cough to hide her embarrassment.

"old man I just felt like that we has been staying outside for quite awhile and had develop some kin whom we should mess or not you see we are little kid so we love cause trouble" she spoke while trying to create a story which can help her with the situation.

"I see" he had not live for decades if he can tell that the little girl is trying to cook a story but he decide not to reveal her inner thought feng-yan can clearly felt the old man gaze like saying.

"I can see through you" she felt little embarrassed she touch her nose the old man decide to not make things difficult for the kids so leave from there as soon as he leave feng-yan drop her head on the table with "thug"

yun and lim brust into laughter at her embarrassment feng-yan grumble at them she pout and start eating her breakfast while ignoring them.
