First Day

Raheem parked his motorcycle in student parking and got off. He headed inside to the principals office to finish his registration.

The other students watched as he strolled in the office. He could feel their emotions, not as strongly as the animals in the forrest. Most of them were envy and small bits of lust. He didn't let it bother him any.

The principal looked up from his desk. "I presume you are Mr.Judas."

"Yes, my name is Raheem Judas, but everyone calls me Raheem." "Perfect, so far everything looks great, except I didn't know you drove a motorcycle." The principal had a disapproving look on his face.

"Do your par-." "They are not my parents!" Raheem raised his voice as he cut him off. "Mr. Judas refrain yourself! One more outburst like that and you will start school next week instead of today." Raheem sat back and leaned back in his chair.

The principal smirked. "Now, do your parents know you drive a motorcycle and do you have a license to even drive one?" Raheem clenched his jaw and responded.

"Yes, my 'guardians' know I drive a motorcycle and yes I have my license." He made sure to emphasize the word guardians. The principal asked for his license. "Ok, everything checks out."

He typed on his computer and printed out a student parking pass. "You can recieve your schedule from the secretary." Raheem grabbed his things and left.

The secretary was much more polite than her boss. He got his schedule and set off to find his first period class. He was already late to it so he took his time.

*Thud*

Raheem bumped into a girl by accident, before he could say anything the girl said. "I am so so sorry. I wasn't paying attention to where I was going just now." Raheem bent down to help her pick up her things.

"No worries, my guardians are always telling me how clumsy I am." He chuckled and reached his hand out to pull her up. He saw her schedule on the floor and picked it up. "Oh look at that, it seems we have the same period together maybe we can help each other find it?"

"Yeah, that would definitely help since you have the high ground." She laughed and Raheem chuckled a little bit, she reminded him of his friend Carla. "By the way, I'm Allison." She put her hand out for a handshake. "I'm Raheem Judas, but my friends call me Heem." They shook hands and found the class.

Raheem knocked on the door and the teacher waved them in. Raheem and Allison handed their schedules to the teacher. "Ok, you two find a seat to sit in." Raheem noticed a kid staring at him. He looked back the kid looked away.

Allison sat behind him and Raheem took the seat behind the kid with the shirt with a shield on it. The class went by quickly enough. The bell rung and the students got up.

Raheem found his locker and it was only four down from Allison. A girl with strawberry blonde hair walked up and started talking to her. Raheem wasn't paying them any attention to them, he felt someone staring at him. He felt curiosity and anxiousness, not towards him, but Allison. He knew who it was without even turning.

" Heem maybe you should go to the party Friday." Raheem finally focused on the conversation. The strawberry blonde looked at him up and down. The guy next to her didn't seem to like that. He scoffed. "Heem? What kind of stupid name is that?"

The blonde haired girl elbowed him. "Shut it Jackson, you don't even know what it means."

"Loosely translated in English, it means the one with the unbreakable heart." Raheem put his hand out. The girl took it. "It's a stupid nickname my friends call me by, my real name is Raheem Judas."

The guy named Jackson made fun of the way he introduced himself. "Dude this isn't some third world country, you don't need give your full name." The girl elbowed him again. " I'm Lydia, and I don't have a nickname, at least to knowledge I don't."

Raheem found an excuse to leave.

"Hey, Stiles we are going to Lydia's party Friday."

Raheem went and found a corner at lunch. 'System, are there any hybrids around.'

*Ding* [System is unable to directly help host, but can give host advice. Would you like some advice?] Raheem nodded yes.

[Host should try sensing other people's pressures. Everything have a certain amount of pressure around them at all times, host only needs to concentrate on the pressures.]

Raheem concentrated and soon found himself at a field with boys in pads and helmets. He used his superior hearing ability to better find information. He heard Allison's and Lydia's conversation.

*WHISTLE*

A loud whistle was blown and Raheem saw how Scott was affected by it. He knew immediately, that Scott was a hybrid, most likely a just turned one since he couldn't control his senses yet. Raheem wasn't bothered by the whistle or any loud noises. Frank and Tatiana put him through torture with sound, the sounds varied to low and high pitched. He learned how to zero in on one sound then, zoom out to hear the bigger picture. Unless, it reached a certain frequency, sound would not have any affect on him.

He watched Scott catch ball after ball. Raheem frowned. 'Doesn't he realize what he's doing right now, where the hell is his alpha?' Raheem stood nexted to the bleachers as everyone cheered for him. Raheem made a mental note, to keep an eye on Scott.

He returned home. "Tatiana!"

"What now?" She groaned. "What's wrong something happened at the motel?" Tatiana shook her head. "Don't worry about it. Why did you call me?"

"I need all the information you can get about a student named Scott McColl and his friend Stiles." "Sure, but why?" "He's a newly transformed hybrid, I don't know what kind he is yet, but he definitely isn't human."

Frank came outside the house. "Interesting, I saw another hybrid in the forest earlier." Raheem nodded and went in the house. He did his homework and meditated. He felt his pressure moving around his body, like as if he was in water. He was focusing on pushing it outwards, he realized if he can master this form of control then not only would he get an attack, but also develop something similar to sonar.
