Debriefing

Raheem and Stiles went back inside after collecting themselves. Everyone was already gathered and waiting in the living room. Raheem noticed Scott and Samantha wouldn't meet his eyes. Peter was more serious. Derek was closer and more protective of Sasha. He didn't let any of that get to him, though.

"Ok, listen up. Here is what we now know about the organization. The name of the organization is HERAIS, and it's an acronym." Raheem went to the farthest away from the door. He reached up and knocked twice on it.

A section moved to the left, revealing a wall and whiteboard. He proceeded to spell out the name vertically and then write what each letter stood for.

H is for handy, the helpful you.

E is for eternal, and your spirit will live on.

R is for relish. You seek a challenge.

A is for athleticism, embracing the competitor within.

I is for intriguing, arousing the curiosity of others.

S is for sharing, your talents, time, and possessions with others.

He let everyone try to understand the meaning of the letters. He was about to continue when Lucas and Elize came from downstairs. They bowed towards Tatiana but kneeled towards Raheem. He nodded, and they took a seat in the far back from everyone else.

"Each person is given a letter and tattoo when they join. People with the letter H are the support. The letter E represents the main shot callers and officers. R is for the new members who are just joining and yet to be assigned."

" A is for their troops. Things are different in this branch. Their tattoos aren't letters they are weapons. They are able to summon whatever weapon is tattooed on their bodies. Some are able to summon more than one."

"I is for their Research and Development teams. S is for their banks, scouting, and logistics."

"We know the locations of every branch except for the branch E. They keep this place heavily guarded at all times, and they constantly change locations. H is located in Canada. R is not just one building but multiple locations under one name. They recruit people from all over the globe and walks of life. Age does not matter."

"A branch is like the R branch. It isn't one building but multiple. They do follow a system however. They always make four cardinal bases and one main base directly in the middle. Once again, the age does matter to them."

"I branch is located in Germany. Thankfully they are all gathered in an underground facility. The S doesn't have a branch but it is a list of names from around the globe. The people on that list are some of the most influential people alive."

"I want you all to understand something crystal clear. We are at war with them until I say otherwise. They have hybrids, magicians, human resources. They also have gained access to some powerful ancient artifacts. They will not hesitate to kill, steal, and torture you all. This will be your only chance to back out of this fight. Speak now or forever stay silent."

He looked around the room at each person's face. Blake's showed concern for his family. Samantha was naturally scared Sasha was too but was doing a better job of hiding it. Tatiana and Frank didn't show anything. It wasn't like they actually had a choice to begin with. Peter's face showed anticipation. Raheem could feel his eagerness to fight.

The two demons in the back were incredibly happy and giddy. Derek had a resolved facial expression. Raheem knew why he was resolved to fight. Stiles had a hardened expression and slightly nodded his head at him. Raheem did the same.

The only person he was truly worried about was Scott. What he saw didn't make him confident. He sighed and held his hand out.

*Whoosh!*

The token he had given him landed in his hand. Everyone looked at it. Peter was breathing heavy at the sight of it. He wanted nothing more than to accept it.

"Scott it's been over a month. I've given you plenty of time to come to a decision. Tell me right now do you accept the offer to become my apostle?" All of the eyes in the room snapped and looked at him.

Scott felt uneasy with so many people starring at him. He breathe in and out. He opened his eyes and stood up.

"I'm sorry Raheem but I can't accept."

Stiles was the first to jump up.

"Scott!" Raheem raised his hand out to make him stop. He then turned towards Scott. "It's ok Scott I understand. Thank you for considering it." Scott sat back down and avoided everyone's gaze. He felt awful for declining after what Raheem has done for him. He just couldn't get over the idea of having to kill people and maybe even torture some.

Raheem put the token back inside his inventory for now. He wouldn't give it to Peter. Not until he proved himself worthy.

"Elize and Lucas go back to your branches and complete your mission. You are not to reveal yourselves until I order you too." They nodded and immediately set off.

"How do you know you can trust them?" Blake had doubts about them.

Tatiana answered his question. "They are demons from this universes hell. They are completely loyal to Raheem and I. They are also under a very strict contract. That being said even if they wanted to try something they would be erased from existence."

Everyone gulped at the idea of that. Raheem closed the wall.

"I will be leaving after the meeting concludes. To you it will be four months but to me it will be four years. I will make a plan before I leave and you will follow it. Excuse me but I have somewhere to get back to."

Everyone started leaving the room. Blake stayed behind. Raheem knew what he was waiting for. "Don't worry Nikki is alive and she is being held captive at a base. The two demons will look for her. Once she is found we will find a way to get her out."

Blake breathed a smile of relief and thanked him. He watched as Blake's back straightend back out and stood tall. He was recently in a bad head space but now he was full of hope.
